This was beautiful. I love the way they connected over something that was a horrible event in Ginnys life.

*Squeels* Awww! I love this story. It's wonderfully written. The healing that Ginny went through, slowly, gradually, with Draco's help, was a joy to read.

At the scene on the balcony I held my breath in anticipation until Draco finally kissed Ginny. I have got to say that that kiss is the most touching D/G kiss I've ever read. The sorrow that Ginny feels and Draco's empathy for her morphing into their mutual desire for one another.

Your writing flows very well through the story. The way that you change from narrative to direct speech is seamless and so I almost forget that there are many time jumps between the different sections. (e.g. how Ginny describing how her work life is progressing then changes into the balcony scene.)

Lovely realism in the characters. I loved every single part of this story; it's definitely being added to my favourites.

Author's Response: Wow, thank you *so* much for this wonderful review - your kind words mean a great deal to me. I'm glad you enjoyed it and I thank you for taking the time to let me know.

What a beautiful story! I loved how mature both Ginny and Draco were, post-Hogwarts. Lots of growing up time turned them into very heartfelt characters, with a little help from you of course. I just love sweet stories like this one. Thanks for sharing.

Author's Response: Awww, thanks for such a lovely review, Lizzy! It made my day -- thank you for taking the time to review :-)

Not bad detective work here, I completely understand that you worked on this story more like a D/G romance and everything, but why couldn't it be a bit more serious matter to kill A.Weasley? I liked the idea of Draco being an Unspeakable, though.

Author's Response: I'm not quite sure what you mean by being a bit more serious in killing Arthur -- just because they're wizards doesn't necessary mean you must go through a song and dance to kill them. Two works from the wrong wizard ends their life forever. But thanks for your review.

I really, really liked this. It was beautiful. Brian and the rest of the kids were all adorable ("We want kisses!"), and even though this was a one-shot, Draco and Ginny's relationship wasn't forced at all. Everything flowed really well.

Great job.

Author's Response: Thanks so much, Spider. I love writing kids, they're so much fun, and I'm pleased you enjoyed Draco and Ginny's relationship. Thanks for letting me know :-)

ah, very cute. but yeah, it did seem rushed. all those months in between where they "got to know each other"? i think it would've been nice if we "got to know them " knowing each other as well. i barely knew this draco. why was he so different from snobby school draco? doesn't offer much explanation. but short and sweet and i liked it :)

Author's Response: I didn't feel there was a need to show scene after scene of them growing closer; I had hoped I was doing that from the beginning. I'm glad you liked it, though, thanks for letting me know.

Ok, wait...what? I feel like I missed something. I really liked the story up 'til the point where they slept together. The romance felt forced and very rushed (they barely know each other o.o), as did the ending. You tried to wrap it up way too quickly, in my opinion.

Author's Response: They had actually known each other for several months and had in been regular contact before they slept together and knew each other quite well -- perhaps you missed that part. Sorry it didn't work for you, but thanks for letting me know anyway.

It was great! I love the protective, sweet, wonderful Draco! He's brilliant! (And so are you! ;))

Author's Response: Wow, you've been so nice to me, thank you! I'm glad you've enjoyed my D/G stories :-)

eeee....I actually want a second part of this. Very nice story--makes you want another portion of the story so you see their relationship after this happens...and see Mrs. Weasley come visit him.

Author's Response: Thank you -- this is only a one-shot and I don't have any plans to write a sequel, but never say never!

*sniffle* So good! I love how their relationship progressed from wary cooperation to love in such a natural way. And the interspersing of lighthearted Weasley family time was done just at the right moments; Brian is adorable! :) Thanks for sharing this gem.

Author's Response: Thank you, Adelagia. I'm really pleased you enjoyed it and flattered you let me know. I love writing kids, they always crack me up!
