I liked this very much, especially how well you drew Draco's character in the first part of the fic. His feelings and general detachment seemed to make perfect sense to me from what we know of him, and his feelings up until drinking from the cup also seemed in accord. One thing I would have thought was that he would realize at least some hint of his feelings towards Ginny a little earlier, but the way you wrote it (where he seems to recognize them, but dismisses them) was superb. I especially liked the little comment he made about how he thought Fred and George were overrated- surely by the end of the fic he doesn't think so :)
I really liked this. I would like to make one suggestion though. I would have much prefered it without the last paragraph. 'I already do' is not just a plausible way to end that, it's a very good way to do so. Explaining it makes it mean less. Anyway, good story.
~So cute. I love the way you tell this story. Very well written~
Undeniably wonderful. I love this fic. Fantastic :)
Oh my gosh. I cannot even tell you how much I enjoyed this story. This was incredible! Thank you!
p.s. fallenwitch was right!
I'm fairly sure I haven't read this before, though I'm not sure how I missed it. Anyway, fallenwitch sent me here, promising good fluff, and I have to say that she was absolutlely right on. This is wonderful. I had to read the story a second time right away, even. I love Draco's dawning realization of his emotions, and his acceptance of them once he figures them out. And I always love it when Fred and George get blindsided by their own pranks! Thank you very much for this story!
haha that was funny and cute!!
*sniff* I don't know how I missed it before, but this is beautiful.
Thank you so much for this lovely story. I like that it's written in first person, and in the present... so different. So sweet.
Very good. I like how Draco doesn't figure out his feelings until the end.
I have no idea why I didn't review this the first time I read it. I loved this. Draco was so perfectly written. That he never wanted her to become 'familiar' so he would neglect her or minimalize her. It's fab! ;)
The transition between cold and nonchalant Draco to “holy shit” Draco is brilliant. It has just the perfect edge of abruptness to it that doesn’t make it seem out of context or character. A very amusing and light read :D!
That was REALLY good! I didn't even THINK of the lemonade being drugged by the twins, but it was excellent.
Aw! This was such a touching little fic-let! I don't know what Ginny put into his drink, but I'm sure she's glad that she did :-)
Great story!
that was fantabulous!! cute, funny and a touch of fluff. :) i really liked dracos internal monologues and the way he claps his hand over his mouth when he says he wants her. thou i have to say my favourite bit was the bit about the painting. i thought that was beautiful. accolades *salutes*
Beautiful. Absoloutely beautiful. this fic is stunning. The way you make draco contradict himself is so clever and i love the way you explain everything while other stuff is hapening. kind of like in slow motion. and i also love the way you kind of take away all the mushy stuff that seems to grow the more people write D/G. its just natural. gorgeous fic, i take my hat off to you. :D
oo i loved this story.. it was sad and happy.. very cute!
oh my god. that is possibly the sweetest thign i have ever read
-clap, clap, calp-
Oh wow, that was so good. Really really awesome, not to mention original. Great idea, and amazingly written. Draco's very in character- all in all great job!
Lovely, wonderful, fluffy fic!! I feel all warm and gooey now. Sigghhhh. Nice bits of humor, too, thanks to Fred and George.
So sweet. =)
that's a really good shory, i'venever really though of them in that kind of way. their love is so aristocratic if you catch my drift
Excellent story - I actually laughed out loud at his little slip of tongue....almost woke up my roommate..Y'know, that last line, "Silly Boy" reminds me of "Silly Rabbit - Trix are for kids!" but in a much nicer way. Great story, simple and sweet - I loved it.
