Still loving it, just wanted to say. It'll be interesting to see how Draco regains his power and his interactions with Ginny. Well on to the next chappy.

I love your story so far, I love your portrayal of Lucius and of Draco, I can't wait for more Draco/Ginny action but I am loving how you build on the story first. I hate it when people just jump right in. Okay onward ho!! ^.^

Wow! This was really good! I loved all the history and intrigue. Have you thought about doing a sequel? I would love to read what happens next! But overally amazing job!

I really enjoyed this story. It was so complex and of such a different tone than most fanfiction. I loved that the romance was downplayed, woven into the story but not dominating it, merely a promise for the future. Are you planning on writing a sequel, or is this it? In any case, bravo on crafting a world entirely unique out of the same material everyone has to work with!

wonderful story. i was always faintly amused at all the simultaneous emotions draco could display with his eyes while his face remained impassive. a bit over the top perhaps, with all of their slytherin sensibilities, but the intrigue and suspense completely draws you in. oh, and it's very well written too.

i am absolutely enamored with all of the intrigue and feudal-like systems going on here.

Wow...very nice, and quite possibly the deepest fic I've ever read. Awesome work!

The way that Lucius stiffened ever-so-briefly and had just a hint of sibilance in his tone due to the forced nature of his words as he realised the extent of what he had gambled was extraordinarily subtle, as was the whole of the conversation between him and Finch.

You have no idea how much I love reading your stories that involve the High Clan. They've got the brilliant mixture of politics, intrigue, historical background and opens up so many possibilities, that I love re-reading them.

Ah, the mention of the true Games beginning brings a heightened sense of anticipation, almost making the stream of Draco's thoughts spiral up and up until they reach this peak. And it is there that you stop and work with Snape's pov. Wonderful.

It's great to see that Ginny's reaction is realistic; too often D/G fics have Ginny secretly pining away for Draco for years only to have her jump at the chance to be with Draco when he's vulnerable.

That was long... but didn't drag. A very elaborate writing style, but you did very well with it. Everything was clear and the drama wasn't too much. Enjoyed it. Thanks!

I know you probably didn't mean it to be, but Draco's discomfort at the end was very cute. Probably b/c it reminded me of my own bf.

I love this story. I'm sorry it's finished. I guess I'll just have to read it again. Great political intrigue. Excellent characterizations, particularly Draco and Lucius. The ideas of the old magic, the High Clans and the Veil--fantastic. And the romance between Draco and Ginny was genuine. Have I said that I love this story? I'll stop now. Thanks.

that was the worst story...there was no romance! god i only kept reading in hope that there would come lots of chapters where they were together and all that shit. that was so bad, why write a story like that if only for 1 chapter where they are together?
Name: Glass_Mermaid reviewed Epilogue on Apr 30, 2006 02:59 am
A rather exciting adventure! As always, you do political intrigue exceptionally well, and I enjoyed every minute of it! Your stories are never openly romantic, and yet I'm still intrigued enough to follow them to the end. Thanks for the great read.

A supremely well written and entertaining story. ...Though it fouly kept me from my work with the aforementioned qualities it bears in abundance.
