hhe finally finished. the ending was so sweet. this is like the only fic with musical "basis". i wish tehre was more like yours. much love for this story, as i am also "musically inclined". tho not as much in jazz influenced stuff. so i learned a lot. BRAVOOOOO

Loved it. Totally and completely different from any Draco/Ginny I've read before. I like to see the stories that aren't so typical. Thank you for such a FABULOUS read! ♪Lynnie♪

Well I've finally finished this and I did quite enjoy it. You really captured the whole being young and in love thing - I could totally see Ginny feeling like she should date Charlie and struggling with her feelings for Draco. Anyway - this has been a lovely diversion all week - thanks!

Author's Response: Glad I could help divert. Thanks for reading.

Hey i just found your fic and decided i'd give it a shot as i love music myself and your well written summary intrigued me. i've just read the first chapter and like it a lot. i just wanted to drop you a note because it's very interesting to me that you chose Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin as the song draco and ginny both like. The ballet company i dance with recently performed a Gershwin medley and we closed with Rhapsody in Blue, so i know the little nuances of that song very well and agree with draco, it's very easy to let yourself go with that song.

Author's Response: Thank you for reading. Always nice to know I'm appreciated. It's funny that you mentioned ballet...I'm a ballerina as well, and we did a piece to Rhapsody in Blue as well. I absolutely adore it.

I love this story. It also helps when your listening to the music while your reading. It gets me all emotional. :)

Author's Response: Thanks for reading. I love all that old-timey music.

i loved this story! you're a fantastic writer and i loved all the images you portrayed (esp the ones of draco and his sexy-as-hell glasses haha) that made reading this that much easier. i esp enjoyed how you incorporated music in your story. i really loved all the songs you chose too! i love jazz too and my friends give me a weird look each i pick up a new jazz cd with my other cds. haha. but really, i loved this story and i can't wait to read your future works! :)

Author's Response: Thanks for reading! I always figured Draco to be a closet appreciator of the arts - reading, music, visual art...and Draco in reading glasses is just smokin' hot. :D

So i'm a musician and i was soooo happy when i saw this up. I was so excited to read it. And i absoluetly loved it! Draco/Ginny fics are my favourite. This is definitely my new favourite. And theres no smut! which is saying a lot. *sigh* i love it. I hope there's a sequel!

Author's Response: Thanks for reading. Yep, no smut, and the sequel is in the works. I'll probably post it here in a few days.

Hey - You've got a great story so far - I especially love the musical piece! (I've played piano since I was 4, and I love your composers). Anyways - just wanted to say that 'chi' is spelt with a 'q'. (qi). Sorry - I moved to china when I was little and so pin yin is engrained in my brain.

Author's Response: Thank you for reading. I'm going to go fix that qi thing. :)

Well what can I say about this?? I LOVE IT!! I'm not a jazz and blues lover myself but I.m starting to change opinions here.... Really good job!! and as for this song Heart and Soul Lyrics are by Frank Loesser, music by Hoagy Carmichael. Well... I guess that¡s it for now... GOOD LUCK AND KEEP GOING!! ^^

Author's Response: Thanks for reading. And thank you so much for letting me know about Heart and Soul.

That was really great!! Loved all the references to music throughout the whole story. And of course...that was a brilliant ending!!

Author's Response: Thank you for reading! I've begun the sequel and I will probably be posting it here soon.

Okay, I'm glad you mentioned a sequel... It would do your story a serious injustice (not to mention your readers) if you just ended it like this...with so many questions and loose ends (Does Harry want Ginny now? Why are Ron and Harry keen to live as muggles in America? Why can't she finish school? What about Draco? What about Charlie-although I don't really care about him, but worth a mention anyway). Anyhoo, will be looking for your sequel.

Author's Response: Hey there, thanks for the reviews. Actually, this was posted incompletely...the rest of the story is there now. Thanks again. :D

I love all these old songs, from Rhapsody in Blue to the ones in this chapter...to bad that fan fic doesn't come with sound.
