I understand you're trying to make everything a bit dramatic, and it's working...but the one bit of constructive criticism I can offer is to attempt to make all the characters sound more English rather than American. I understand that's really difficult...I'm sure if someone from England read any of our fics, they would laugh at all of our attempts to make our characters sound more English...lol.
Author's Response: See, add to that the fact that not only am I American, but a Southerner- and it's just trouble. I think my beta did a good job but these last two chapters I have been without her! I don't know what happened to her. :( But I am trying. :)

Author's Response: Thank you! As a newcomer it is nice to get the positive feedback! I am glad you are enjoying it. I had to throw Ron/Hermione in there because they are what inspired me in the first place and that is how I found HP fanfiction.
