So I read the whole thing. I love it. Such an adorable plot! (And I laughed at the shipping of Pince/Filch... I don't think I ever imagined that one before...) Great job! Oh, and if you ever need a beta for this story, I'm more than willing to do so. (Then again, you probably already have one but I thought I'd just throw the offer out there in case you didn't and wanted one...)

I had not read this story until this chapter. And, like the great ones I have read before, I now wish I hadn't read it until it was finished as now I am dying to read the next chapter....These past chapters have been funny, witty and wonderfully written. The use a great sense of timing and rythym when you write. I am loving your story! Please don't make us wait long for more! Kristine

I love Narcissa. She's adorable. And I love Harry's complete hard headedness. He really is completely clueless. Good job, keep updating.
Author's Response: Isn't she though? I have often wondered about Narcissa. We only really see her once in canon -- but we KNOW she dotes on Draco from all the sweets she sends him... And since Harry is probably one of my LEAST favorite characters in the fandom, I feel pretty good about writing him this way! ;)

I really like Molly in this chapter. You do a nice job of portraying her conflicting emotions. And I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with the ball!
Author's Response: Oh thanks! I get really excited when I see that 'Cabal' members bother to read my stories... I get all googly inside! ;) Thanks for your warm words... and I'm glad that you could feel Molly's conflict. I had an Orange Crusher friend say that D/G could never happen because Ginny would essentially be disowned, so I put a LOT of thought into how herfamily would really react. If they love her, wouldn't they be more supportive? Anyway, thanks for the review! ;)

Author's Response: Never fear -- the next (and this one is the last) chapter contains snogging -- but certainly not naughty snogging. It's a fluffy bunch of fluff -- so there HAS to be kissing, but just no groping etc. I'll leave that to your imagination (or mine! ;) ) Perhaps a sequal? kidding. There are no plans for a sequal... yet! ;)

Awwww, jandj, that was sooooo sweet. This was my favorite line, "Just being there with her was better than breathing." Draco's vulnerability with Ginny is as unexpected as it is endearing. Rambling Draco, who would have thought?
Author's Response: Rambling!Draco was not a favourite of my beta -- she thought he sounded a bit too much like hermione... but I wrote this fluffy piece of fic before I ever got snarky Draco under control in my writing! But I'm glad you aren't loosing your teeth over the toothachy fuffyness that is this fic! ;) I adore Draco being vulnerable -- so I must write him that way! ;)

This is a great story, really, one of my very favorites. You do seem to be making Draco more humane like than I see him as being at first, and I'm seeing too little faults in the both him and Ginny besides the fact that they're both quite unsure of themselves, and I'd like you to a few more imperfections. It really adds to characters to give them faults and makes them easier to related to.
Author's Response: I'm glad it's a favourite. I know what you mean about the characterisation. I lovemy Draco Snarky and clever... but I just don't think I am snarky and clever enough to carry it off. I read fabulous fics by like spankerella (Echo here at FIA) and pine away for more Draco-writing talent. I you havn't read nay of her stuff you should -- her Draco is wonderful! ;)

Just read chapters 1-8. This little gem of a fic kept me up way past my bedtime, forced me to skive off writing my own fics, and will have me yawning in the morning, but it was worth it! Thanks for a most pleasurable late night read. I will be keeping a keen eye out for your updates!

I'd hate to be the reason I don't get updates of some of my favourite fics... but I totally do that too -- stay up WAY too late reading fabulous fic (not that I'm calling my own fic fabulous... Yay, you updated! Those chapters were great -- very powerfully written. This story keeps getting better and better. And Draco in the Burrow for New Year's? Sounds dangerous -- I hope he gets a midnight kiss to make the risk worth it!
