Fun! I like the twists and turns and surprises. The characterizations all seem very plausible, even if it's not exactly what JKR had in mind! I especially like how Draco and Ginny are each other's best defense. What a lovely way to describe any marriage! :)

That was an interesting take, having it start with Percy. Makes it better, because it's not solely a D/G story. Poor Percy. And Pansy...well, she kind of deserved it. but they're turning her into a rat, how horrid!

Staring blankly and looking like he would vomit, Percy announced, “I’m sorry, I’m . . I’m just not cut out for this.”
Poor Percy! I know this fic is about D/G but I just wanna hug poor Percy throughout.

Author's Response: Yeah, I felt badly for him, too. :-( If I ever do a sequel to this, we'll have to see where it takes him.

Wow, I really really liked this! It's very interesting. I like how Draco is a spy for the order and he and Ginny were already in love, and... what I'm trying to say is I think your plot is original and interesting. I can see this being a chaptered fic but I think the ending you have is great as well.

I recently watched Star Wars episodes 4, 5 and 6 (because my friend thought it was completely barbaric for me never to have watched them), and although I love all of them, I especially love The Empire Strikes Back for the D/G-like UST bits.

Loved the fic -- I thought at first that your Draco was a bit fake, then it turned out that he *was* being fake, and all was good. I feel sad at Draco having to become a Death Eater to be a spy for the Order, but I guess it was the only way. Would Voldemort make Gin take the Dark Mark now that she's Draco's wife?

I feel really sorry for Percy, and the fact that he killed Pansy in the end, but she wanted to kill Ginny and I guess he was doing what all big brothers would do.

What a wonderful tale with its many layers! I loved the alternating POVs, and the fascinating role Percy played and the way you slowly revealed Draco's true identity and his relationship to Ginny and hers to him. The twist with Pansy at the end was marvelous. What a well done fic! Thanks so much! And I agree that it would make a wonderful chaptered fic.

Author's Response: Wow, thanks! If only I could get some of my other projects out of the way first...! Then, who knows? :P

I read this when it was first posted at the fic exchange, but I think I like it better the second time. It isn't as surprising, but I got to see how good you are at dropping hints. Thanks for the story!

Author's Response: Thank you for taking the time to read it again and for writing a review. I appreciate it! :)

A very nicely done fic.
I can't wait for more stories from you!

Author's Response: Thanks! I do have a completed novel-length fic called "Unbidden Desires" posted on this site, plus a few one-shots and a work in progress (links to all are on my LJ). I hope you like the other fics. :)

oh this was many many good. A very different plot line. I loved how you introduced Draco as being excitable and boyish: it was quite fitting to his charachter in this fic. In short a brilliant piece of fanfic!

Author's Response: Thanks! I strive for originality. I almost never write angst (humor is more my style), so writing this was a *true* challenge. :D

Gah! That was wonderful, but not nearly long enough! This could be a chaptered fic I think. *nudge* Thank you so much for the excellent D/G!!!

Author's Response: Thank you - glad you liked it! :D Hmmm...chapters, you say? That may not be a bad idea, once I finish some other writing projects I've got going.
