I have slowly but surely become addicted to this fic so I think it's only fair that I finally give you a review!

This last chapter has to be my favourite so far! It just had everything. I'm glad you brought Claire back she creates an interesting juxtaposition with Ginny, especially now that she's received a howler. Her reaction, which is typical it seems in this world just emphasises Ginny's strength and stubborness.

I loved the entire 'race' scene. You really have created a complex Draco haven't you? He's cocky and sneering one minute, enraged the next, about to curse her, then caring, comforting and teasing! Man I really can't wait til you reveal more of his motivations.

For some reason I found the scene where Blaise and Cho speak to Ginny after the race to be hilarious. I mean there's Ginny, just barely holding it together, covered in mud and bleeding with a broken wrist while Blaise asks about the ingredients of the Canary Creams! Then in waltzes the celbrity Cho to invite her to a party - it's all just so... ridiculous! (I mean that in a good way btw - you've created this wonderful ridiculousness, not that you're writing's ridiculous!)

I loved the whole 'plain' 'ugly' banter between D & G. It was a lovely scene to end with. Personally I find it interesting that Blaise who she likes didn't even make sure she was alright while Draco, the antagonist not only makes sure she's ok he actually heals her!

I have foreboding about Cho's party - Pansy's gonna cause a whole lot a trouble isn't she?

Author's Response: Re: the scene with Cho and Ginny - YES!!! The entire time I was writing it, I couldn't help thinking to myself how incredibly ridiculous these people are, and what would be the best way to show that! I think it also highlights some of Ginny's pre-conceived notions, because she doesn't even find it odd that they're inviting her to a party when she has a broken limb, for goodness' sake! I'm so glad you picked up on that, and also the fact that Blaise doesn't even ask her if she's okay. Seriously, you just made my day! Thanks for commenting!

I like this chapter too! I particularly enjoyed the last scene and Blaise breaking up Draco and Ginny's fight. And I can't wait to see what happens at Cho's party. Thanks for the update and good luck with real life!

Author's Response: Thanks! I was a little worried that it was a little too dramatic or overdone, but seriously, 90% of what happens in this chapter was written only so I could write a scene where Ginny notices that Draco has nice hands.

Ok, I must admit, at first I didn't want to read this story because of how completely AU it is. Yeah yeah... I guess you could say I'm a little fiction-prejudiced like that. =P But then I decided to just go ahead and read it... and I really wish I had read it sooner! This is AMAZING. I absolutely *love* the fact that I honestly can't see which way the plot in this story is going. This was a great chapter, and if it really takes 2 weeks until the next update, then I will be yelping with joy when it finally arrives. =D

Author's Response: I'm prejudiced in exactly the same way, but I'm glad you decided to give the fic a chance. I'm glad you're enjoying it, but I can't really take any credit for the plot, because it has been inspired by the Hana Yori Dango plot - a great deal of the 'key' events are straight out of that storyline, but amended in order to fit HPverse. But still, thanks for reading, and I'll try to update ASAP.

AGH. LOVELY. I am GLAD that you can't get it out of your head.. because I can't get it out of mine either.
