HOLY HELL! It's about time!
Several lines were complete love to me:
"Someone has to take care of you" -- Happy sigh!
“Good. I was so afraid you’d come to your senses.”

GUH!
My only sad thingy is that she went on and on about how she knew HE 'adored' her and thought 'she' was special -- but never mentioned her OWN feelings except in vague terms. But still -- LOVED it!
Author's Response: Yeah, I seem to remember toying with those ideas when I was writing the whole thing, but I thought the month's worth of Sobering Potions, their conversation about Harry, him telling Blaise that she needed to be finessed a little, and him getting her coffee all the time kind of spoke louder than any words could have. That's how boys are -- they do stuff rather than say stuff. That sounded mature, right? Ha.rnrnAnyhow, I'm really glad you liked it. There's only one more chapter. I'm toying with the idea of rewriting it because I feel like it's all a bit uprupt, but I was working with a deadline when this was originally written.

Great chapter and not for the smut. I am glad that Draco wanted to take care of her and not allow anything bad to happen to her. I just hope that he is able to keep Voldemort from getting to her when he attacks or his Death Eaters. Will we see more of the Harry/Luna/Blaise triangle? Post soon please!

Author's Response: Actually, when I first wrote it, I didn't have that in there. It was more of a vague reference to the prophecies in the books, but Persephone suggested I make it more concrete. I only modified the last line so it would rhyme a bit, but she wrote the whole thing! I actually need to put that in my author's notes. She's brilliant and I heart her. Oh, for the record, I wouldn't rap your knuckles, I'd just laugh and point while doing some sort of silly dance. Hehehehe.

Holy Hannah. A WHOLE lot of stuff to digest here. The casual drop of what happened between Harry and Ginny was nice... the smut was brilliant, and the plot thickens. I wanna know the prophecy now!!! ;)

Author's Response: Thanks, man. You already know the prophecy, doofus. It's at the top of the first chapter. Silly willy. Ha.rnrnYeah, the H/G reference just kind of dropped itself in there. I wanted to make Draco the decent guy and I wanted Ginny to have a reason to be damaged. The prompt called for no Ginny/Tom references, and I didn't want to go with the obvious bit anyhow. I'm glad everyone is liking that part of it. I just wanted them to both be imperfect, but perfect together. Kind of like they were saving each other from something.

Author's Response: Well, I wanted to make Draco the decent guy for more reasons than one. I despise H/G, and it kind of just wrote itself in there. I just wanted to make Harry a less perfect person. I, of course, love regular Harry in the actual books, but I get sick of him always being the conquering hero, the doting husband, etc. in fic. I just wanted to do something different. I'm glad you liked it!
