Oh man. So intense! I'm still a bit confused about the effects of the potion and how they were broken, though. Glad to see the good guys win! Can't wait for the next chapter, even though I'll be sad to see the story end.
Author's Response: The reason for why the potion failed will be explained next chapter. I was originally going to put it all in one, but felt that it would fit better in an epilogue. I'm kind of sad to see it end too, but I've been working on this off and on for four years, and I'm eager to move onto other projects. Thanks for being such a loyal reader! Hugs!

O what a good chapter! I loved it! Was so glad that Ginny woke up and realized that she had to snap out of it! Yay for Draco saying what needed to be said to his father. I am sure that there is a lot of guilt on his part when thinking about Narcissa. Poor Draco!

This story is truly wonderful! I just found it the day before yesterday. I don't typically read WIPs, for fear that the author won't finish; but I've read several of your other stories, and I really like your style. So it seemed worth the risk. ;) And I was not disappointed. I wish I could give a more detailed review; but it might be tedious since I have all 29 chapters to account for! hehe So I'll just say that I love that Ginny was finally able to stand up to Lucius. The last bit with Draco and Ron is brilliant. And I'm holding out for a happy ending - I just can't believe that after all this Ginny wouldn't pull through. I have a few speculations; but I'm eager to see what you've come up with next! :)
Author's Response: Thanks for giving it a chance. :) I'm so glad you like it. I think my original outline/plan was for this story to be about fourteen chapters long but I seem to have added to it a bit. The good news is that you won't be waiting long. I've gotten the next chapter back from beta and I hope to finish up the details in the next few days. I know how you feel about WIPs, and I've always sworn to myself to never leave a story unfinished. This one was just so long and complex that it just took a bit longer to weave all the loose-ends and sub-plots together gracefully. Thank you for your lovely feedback.

I'm always waiting for another chapter, even though I'm terrible about leaving reviews. This was great, really, the emotions are high and you did a great job creating the feel of the scenes. Thank you for not giving up on this! I'd hate to have read all these awesome chapters and then be left with no conclusion! You're wonderful, awesome, and I love this story.
Author's Response: There *will* be a conclusion. This story has been very complicated and the emotions made it difficult to write at times, but I won't give up on a story - ever. This story was a huge learning experience for me, and I so appreciate all of you for encouraging me through it.

This has got to be the most rewarding story I've ever read. Parts of it were tough to get through emotionally, but for the parts that are happy, the tough parts are all the more worth it. Please let there be a happy ending though!
Author's Response: Thank you! I have a tough time reading stories that are continuous angst, and as I was writing, I felt I needed to break it up with giving some reasons why our characters want to carry on. Part of the reason the story took so long at times was because it was emotionally draining to write some chapters that I had to step away and give myself a break. It's definitely an emotional roller coaster. :)

I've been reading your story with great interest and I'm happy that you are continuing.
I'm really worried about Ginny. I hope the potion didn't work! I'm so looking for a happy ending to this!
But whatever happens I really enjoy your characterization of Draco and Ginny and you also managed to pull Lucius off!
Author's Response: Thank you! I know I made Draco a little out of his normal nasty character, but I really wanted him to be more of a hero on this story. He has so much potential. I was worried throughout that I made Ginny a bit too passive. She's really not. I think of her being more active in but she seems to be cast in situations where she has to sit back and wait. But I am so glad that you like how the characters came out, and thanks for reading!

Author's Response: Awesome! I liked that one too. While I enjoy some animosity between Ron and Draco, I get kind of tired of seeing Ron if he's too unreasonable, and I think Ron has some potential to be more interesting if he can get away from Harry a bit. :) More soon. :)

Author's Response: I'm glad you're still with me! This was such a long, complex plot that it was a real challenge at times, and got really exhausting for the last few chappies. I learned a lot and, hopefully, you all can see how my writing has improved over the course of this story. :)
