I'm really glad that Draco found out. It's terrible that Ginny let it go on for so long. I don't quite understand why she's being so calm in the aftermath, though. Abuse has long-term effects.

I don't like to linger on pain and suffering, because that's not the mood of the story, really, and I'm thinking Ginny and Draco deal with it together on their own time.

Author's Response: Thank you bunches! I didn't used to have as much of an appreciation for these plots as I do now, and I've been working hard on this one! It is out of character, I suppose, but stranger things happen! Someone else mentioned the posting schedule, and I'll have to check with the Cabals to make sure; if, indeed, FIA will be off-line, then I'll update these at a much faster pace!

Author's Response: Ha! Coincidentally, I love it, too; this is one of my more heartfelt pieces, because I really did it on a whim, and everything had an in-the-moment feel to it. Thank you for mentioning that, I completely forgot, actually. I'll check up on it, and if I am not able to update during that period, then I'll just post the chapters before it begins.

I like it. I like it a lot. Draco is sexy. Sexy sexy sexy. Well written, I liked Ginny's explosion about Fred, I liked the way you wrote it. Very very good. Five stars.

I love the contrast between Draco's gentle, if sometimes gruff, treatment of her and her obvious mistreatment by Jaret. The last two lines of the chapter are beautiful, as are many within it. Bravo.
