Great chapter. I liked it a lot. I like that Gin is accepting, but still baffled. So, was she kidnapped or not because she is going to allow Draco to care for her. I like that Lucius is looking at all the possibilities of having her there. Narcissa's reaction is different from what I expected, I thought that she would love that her son could have found his one and only. Happy writing. :)
Author's Response: You are like a mind-reader. Narcissa's attitude about Ginny's arrival is a knee-jerk reaction. She will be very pleased once she realizes just how much Ginny means to Draco. It's all mapped out. I think you'll like the relationship that starts to unfold between Ginny and Narcissa.

This is most certainly interisting!
Cissa is wonderful, you can see all the mother beneath the snob, she's brilliant.
Lucius is just as great, you can see the father who is proud and agreeable with his son but also the man who calculates every move he makes.
Draco was outstanding! From the way he stood to for Ginny, to saying he couldn't deal with her and his mother at the same time and that almost whine when he asked if he HAD TO talk to the Dark Lord...everything about him was great!
Wish Ginny had spoken more than 4 or 5 words but i can see there was no place for that. Hope she can be a little bit more talkative in chapters to come. =)
It's a very good fic and I am looking forwarrd to reading more of it!

I'm quite enjoying the Ginny you have created here. I especially liked the interaction between she and Harry, how he thought of her as what she could have been and how he is uncomfortable around who she is now.
Can't wait to see what Draco is up to with his kidnapping exploit.

Oh Draco what have you done? Glad that he is trying to protect her in some way I suppose. I like that you have Gin to not have the Weasley temper, she takes the time to calm down before needing to blow up. Cannot wait to see what happens next and if she finally looses her calm. Happy writing.

Oh dear, she's been kidnapped! Ginny's like a sweet little puppy in this story. It was very interesting seeing Harry's feelings towards Ginny. And the way that Ron and the others treat her. I'm waiting anxiously for the next chapter!

WOW. I loved this chapter! Please update soon! I was SO excited when I saw this chapter was up that I read it immediately and it went beyond all expectations! I LOVED the scene where Harry and Ron, even Seamus, were so blatantly arguing over who ought to watch Ginny and her reaction to it was perfectly in character for her situation. I'm curious as to the 'bangs' on the train and wonder if its an attack or a clever distraction by Draco, I didn't think that was too clear or maybe I missed it or maybe you just meant it that way and will explain later. Either way, I was stunned when Draco just took her to his mum and they VANISHED. I am SO curious to see where this goes. The writing is hypnotic and I have to know the ending so let yourself type with a frenzy because I LOVE this! Great job!

Author's Response: The "The End" at the end of Chapter 1 was definitely an oversight on my part. When I originally wrote it, I fully intended for it to end there. I also had no intention of ever publishing it. When I posted the chapter, I simply forgot to delete the "The End" portion.
