Wow. I seriously have no words for this. You are an INCREDIBLE writer. I'm surprised I haven't stumbled upon this story until now. I loved the pacing of the story, the action scenes, how in-character both Ginny and Draco were, their believable relationship, everything everything everything! You are very talented and have a wonderful way with words :) absolutely cannot wait to start the sequel!

Personally, I'm not too big on smug - especially if it reads like a textbook or is especially graphic. This, however, was beautiful. It focused on Ginny and her need to feel, and Draco's need to feel, and it was extremely compelling. Great job! :)
Author's Response: Oh thank you! When I started writing, I was way to uncomfortable writing anything in detail. It was a stretch for me to find a way to write about intimate encounters. Glad that you think it works!

brilliant finale- i'd love to see a sequel. what a perfectly harmonious screwed-up couple! and bringing moody back is genius. loved it, thanks.
Author's Response: Thank you! When I get feedback from thoughtful reviewers like you, I am so happy I spent the time and effort. Got the first chapter of the sequel written, but later parts are a bit stuck and I haven't quite worked out where I want it to go yet. :) I keep debating about posting that first chapter tho, because it's a goodie. :)

you needn't worry about your smut! i will admit i've read a lot ;) and this is tasteful and good, i particularly liked the way you didn't drop them OOC while they were getting it on, a trick which which judging by its scarcity, is hard to achieve. i have some qualms about the phrase'age-old dance' but that might just be because, as i said, i read too much smut...so just a personal thing there. i might have to go and get a cold drink, phew!
Author's Response: woo hoo! Smut has always been a weak spot for me. I tend to be "shy". LOL. So, I've been really working to stretch this. This one scene probably took longer to write and tune than the entire rest of the story, which was why it did not get into the original posting in the fic exchange. :) Glad it worked for you. hahaha :) (and I agree about the wording... way overused! I'll keep that in mind for next time)

was welling up at the mention of moody coming back and visiting the graves- an intriguing first chapter, well-written. i'm worried about ginny's soul!
Author's Response: I've had a few comments about that line, and I'm so glad it came across as powerfully as I'd hoped. I can see Moody being a person whose loyalties run deep, but that he hides his feelings behind a rough exterior. I see him as feeling deep regret that he wasn't there to battle beside his friends, and that he will always honor the memory of all of them.

Author's Response: LOL! I'm not sure if I responded to reviews from other chapters from you, but I'm so glad you are looking forward to more. I have the first chapter written of the sequel, and it's really, really steamy. :) Unfortunately, I haven't had time to work out some of the plot details in later chapters, though I know once I work out the crux of the mystery, it will fall into place quickly. I hate posting just one chapter, knowing that it will be a while before I post more, but I soooo want to post that first chapter anyway! :)
