*grabs fan* that was hot! Whew loved this chapter and the proclamations at the end. Our favorite couple finally realized what we have know all along... They fit like lock and key!

Author's Response: Thanks! :) I do think that Draco and Ginny are both realizing how totally compatible they are on a physical level. Of course, a lot remains to be seen... More soon!

Also! I don't know about anyone else, but I'm surely looking forward to that companion fic, dear. I just know you're going to blow my mind, haha! Take care, sweetie. =)

Author's Response: It's shaping up to be... well, I won't give anything away. Except that I do have a title I like. "The Moons of Saturn in the Sky."

WOOOOAH. My Goodness. *sprays herself down with water, ice, and all sorts of cooling gels and liquids out there.*

No words can describe how I feel about reading this scene. Anise, you took my breath away. Beautiful, magnificent, exactly how I would picture their love-making. Guh, let me stop rambling.

This was the bomb, girl!

Author's Response: Thanks!! :) Have a Slurpee. Anyway... I just felt that this scene needed to be here. Draco and Ginny have so much pent-up desire and need between them, and I think that they're also exploring what it means to have the bond that they do. But (shakes 8-ball) Something tells me that there's a lot coming up for them in the very near future...

Argh! The sequel is just about as aggravatingly teasing, tempting, mysterious and tantalising as the first.
I am in agreeance on the Hermione and George 'thing' - but I like George, and Hermione not so much, so I will have to come to terms with that at some point. And I really like this introduction of Padma and Ron - it seems very....appropriate, or something.

And Draco and Ginny are just so very lovely together.
Can't wait for more!

Author's Response: Purr!! :) ((((hugs)))) Good to see you. Teasing? Would I do that? (tries to look innocent.) But things will... let's just say... move a lot faster in TS. George and Hermione aren't bonded at the hip yet by any means, but something is definitely going on there. And I do see Padma and Ron as having had a past in DDDworld. More soon!

This was a great smut chapter. I'm not understanding how Ginny still has issues with communication. Just-post-virginity-loss or not, given what they did, she should be all over him like a fat kid on a bologna sandwich. I love the beginning where he is concerned and possessive. It will be great once the whole Astoria thing comes out, but in the mean time, there is no bad smut so feel free to, ahem, explore new things. ;) Thanks

Author's Response: Oh... thanks! (Does the Happy Smut-Was-Praised dance.) Here's how I see the communication issue... I see this Ginny as having problems with it in general. She never had a chance to deal with the CoS trauma, she hides a lot about her inmost self, and she is very guarded. Also, in the two years since Draco came back into her life, they've had one issue after another (to say the least!) It's going to take more than what's happened so far for her to let that guard down with him. Fat kid on a bologna sandwich... (will never be able to get that image out of head again.) And it's funny you should ask about Astoria... ;)

When Draco said that he shouldn't have let Ginny face the Weasleys alone I thought "Are you trying to get invited to the sunday dinner?" Because that will go so well! Actually I'm looking forward towards that dinner. my imagination as to what could happen runs wild. Especially if Molly secretly invited Harry because he and Ginny haven't spent much time together lately (wouldn't that be just like her?).

And I cherish every tender moment between Draco and Ginny.

Author's Response: Oh, that Sunday dinner! (snerk) I'm not even going to say ANYTHING about that guess. But yes, I also think that there was a lot of tenderness in this chapter's smut. :) Little by little, they're both falling...

Oh, thank you! (blushes).

1. Arghhh...Ron! How typical! i enjoyed every moment of him being a toad.

2. Ginny here kinda reminds me of Ginny from the first chapters of DDD.

3. This chapter was quite a saddening insight as to what kind of a reaction Draco and Ginny are going to get from the Weasleys and others once they reveal their relationship. I'm not sure if Ron is going to come around at all and George will probably let it rest only when he has actual proof that Draco cares for Ginny. By the way, are he and Hermione together now?
And I'm not even talking about Molly's reaction. Sunday Dinner of Doom indeed.

I kinda dread how our couple will take all the antagonizm, considering they are not yet a real couple. They have a lot of work cut out for them to make their relationship work. For starters, Ginny has to learn to trust Draco, which is extremely difficult giving her past experience and the fact that Draco actually does have another motive beside the one he explains in almost everything he does. She can't even sound convincing about draco's intentions towards her and her family are going to pick up on that. Also, it looks like Draco has to learn to trust Ginny as well. It is obvious that he was dreading that Ginny might not come back. Though perhaps he also wasn't sure that her family would let her leave.

I really hope they make it but I'm afraid that Draco hasn't completely earned Ginny's trust yet. Still, I think Ginny ought to give him a chance and keep her second guessing to herself for a while.
Obviously the divorce isn't going to go smoothly and Draco will need Ginny's support. They'll both need each other and I can only hope that the trials will strenthen their relationship and not ruin it.

That was long.

Thanks a lot for the chapter and, as always, waiting eagerly for more.

Author's Response: Thanks for writing the poem! :) Poor Ron. He never learns, does he? But I don't think he's going to have a choice here. Now, as for that Sunday dinner... I was snickering while writing it, if that gives you any clue. ;) Ginny and Draco really do have so many hurdles ahead of them in the near future. Some of them are of their own making, and some... aren't. There's so much coming up! More soon... And never apologize for a long review! ;)

Is it wrong for me to want to believe that Draco isn't that different? God, Anise, you're making my head spin. I can see where George is concerned about Draco possibly lying. If he is lying, oh no.

Now I don't know what or who I'm rooting for! All I know is that I don't want poor Ginny hurt! D: Damnit! I need to see more!

Author's Response: Oh, it's not wrong at all... ;) George is right to be concerned for his sister, even if only because of the fact that he knows what the Malfoys have always been (although he certainly doesn't know the worst.) And as we shall see, there's a lot more to consider than just whether Draco is telling the truth about the annulment. He truly is trying to be what Ginny wants... but it doesn't come naturally. More coming soon! (BTW, I'm still working on that companion fic! :) )

I love, love, LOVE that Ron was turned into a frog. Will be very interesting to see how she explains this to the family and to what extent Draco's actual legal status with Astoria is. I'm interested to see, also, how their relationship will progress in terms of their interaction with the others(Harry, Luna, Blaise, etc...). Ron is sure to be a pain if he makes it back from being a frog (IF...). Keep up the good work. :)

Author's Response: Thanks! :) (For anybody who's reading this and may not remember, Ron's first froggy episode was in Chapter 60 of DDD.) Oh, there's quite the Weasley family scene coming up, and it'll be even more interesting than Ginny knows now. Trouble is about to begin... but I think that Draco and Ginny are up for at least one very, very happy chapter next. ;)

Oh my.

What a chapter. I really do sympathise with Ginny. That is so the wrong time to be noble - at least in that sense.

I found the whole conversation about the clothes and napkins hilarious. Got a few laughs out of me, though I can't help but notice there is a real tension between them. Ginny still mistrusts Draco a lot, and I don't think that bodes well for their relationship, no matter how hard Draco is trying. Maybe Ginny doesn't understand it herself, yet instinctively she is always second-guessing him.

Author's Response: Poor Ginny. (shakes crystal ball) Something tells me that Draco just MIGHT make up for it later, though. ;) She does have a lot of trouble with really trusting him, but I'm looking at it from her POV: he's kept so many things from her, ever since the day they met in that coffeeshop two years before. He's really trying to make up for it now, but I don't think she *should* simply forget what's happened in the past. There are still things he hasn't told her, after all.

How appropriate. I like very much that Ginny is beginning to realize her own "powers" over Draco. I could never imagine her as some overly innocent, slow witted dolt (like Ron). I'm looking forward to when they both find out about how "bonded"they are and how everyone else will take it. lol. In the mean time, more bonding... and it will be a very interesting show when Astoria and Ginny finally meet.

Author's Response: Thanks! :) Yes, Ginny is really starting to come into her own. It's been difficult for her (and continues to be) because of some of the very traumatic experiences she's had, but she's increasingly realizing that her relationship with Draco must be on her own terms. Funny you should think of Ron... ;) And more about Astoria and everyone else very soon!

Something's. Going. To. Happen.

Oh my God. I can just feel it. Right when the passion's blazing, right when he finally gave up on that noble note [Come on Draco, torture =/= nobility!], something's going to happen!!!

You're evil, Anise, and I love you for it.

Author's Response: Thanks! (polishes devil horns) ANOTHER Perceptive Reviewer Crown for Rinney. (So what do you want on these? Rubies? Sapphires? Personally, I like tanzanite.:) Yes, something's going to happen, and we'll find out what it is in the very next chapter. More soon!

Oh and this is the first time that I've kept up with a fanfiction; the rest bore me. Bbbuuuttt, yours is my favorite of all. Just so you know. ;)

When I got to the end of the chapter I fully sympathised with Ginny's frustration with Drco's teasing! To end a chapter like this! Your teasing might be worse than his.

Draco's noble urges make me laugh. Fortunately, Ginny is so fed up with nobility from certain people in her life that she won't let him be noble to her.

Thanks and hoping for the next chapter soon!

Author's Response: Snerk... I don't think anybody could match up to Draco's teasing. ;) But he does have his noble moments at the worst times, doesn't he? Much more soon...

You maintain the sexual tension between them so well. This is a great introductory chapter as it right away builds up the sense that all is not as it appears and that a storm is brewing. Very intriguing.

Hrrrrm, interesting. I still feel like Draco is keeping back a few things, but it was nice to get a bit of clarification. Gosh, if I was Ginny I'd most definitely be going a little mad at this point. So much has happened and there's just so many things she doesn't know or could even begin to comprehend.

I do like that Draco is learning to be more open with her, both in his thoughts and feelings. I almost feel like the layers hiding that vulnerable boy she sometimes glimpses are finally beginning to peel away. He's not afraid to express that he needs her - not just to please his body, but a pure and simple need to have her by his side emotionally as well.

I look forward to seeing what will happen next.

Author's Response: (gives Boogum the Perceptive Reviewer Award) You just might be right about Draco... ;) Now, it's not that they tell me about everything's that going on (glances around surreptitiously), but I get the distinct feeling that Draco is really, really trying to be as honest as possible with Ginny. He's come a long way from the miserable, cruel, scheming Draco back in Chapter 21 of DDD. And he's known for a long time now that he cannot be that person and still have Ginny's heart. He's put a lot of effort into changing. But yes, there are things that Ginny still doesn't know about (such as the fact that Draco Obliviated her back in that chapter at the Lyme Bay cottage, for instance.) As far as that goes, there are things that she still hasn't told him, either. More coming soon... and I may have to email you the edited version of a few chapters! ;)

Ooo, I wonder what has been going on with Draco and where he has been. I'm glad he was able to come on and 'save the day', as it were. Poor Ginny. I cannot even begin to imagine how stressful that must have been.

What I love about your fics is that you really build up a world. I could totally envision the pink room, as well as the 'frog'. I also liked the little names like 'Unnecessarily Lengthy Law Codes' - it really gets that HP feel.

It hardly needs to be said, but I enjoyed this chapter and look forward to reading more. Unfortunately, right now I need sleep.

Author's Response: Thanks! :) Well... the answer to the mystery of Draco's activities comes in the next chapter. No guarantees are provided about whether or not it's a FULL answer, but I will say that everything he'll tell Ginny is true. I love the details too, and I'm really happy to hear that they're convincing... and now, get some sleep. ;)

Aw Anise you're at it again, you're gonna kill me. I've got a new obsession instead of studying for exams.

I'm so so happy that Ginny/Draco are finally together after all that sh*t they went through. Blaaah a bit anxious for what's going to happen.

Author's Response: Snerk. I'm sorry... REALLY sorry... (Anise doesn't look very apologetic.) No; please do study for exams as much as you need. :) I think that you sum the situation up pretty well: Draco and Ginny went through hell and back to get here, and the bond between them just can't be broken. So they're together, all right, and Draco is really trying to give her what she needs. BUT-- his past is catching up to them both. (And maybe Ginny's is, too.) Much more to come...

He didn’t answer for a moment, giving her an opportunity to notice how tired he really looked. He’d loosened his robes at the neck, and the sliver of skin she saw at the top of his chest looked so pale. She’d stripped that chest bare now, and kissed every inch of it. She’d run her fingers over his shoulders, now slumped against the wall as if he’d fall to the floor without its support. She’d –

“Well?” snapped Ginny.

Did I mention how much I love contradicting!Ginny?

I like how she knows that the offer to be his Mistress is very tempting, and is actually considering it at this point despite knowing her pride. It does she that she wants to be with him, she aches to be with him, and realistically speaking, she's almost, almost not too prideful for it. If she were a tiny bit less herself, she'd run into Draco's arms in that way. But when you had Draco completely take away that possibility by saying he was still going to fight Astoria for proper divorce, I squealed literally. He's learned much about what Ginny wants from him, and I know that's a hard thing to learn. It seems that Draco is really doing what he can to make her happy.

I do have a feeling that Draco won't be able to completely protect Ginny from the uprising scandal to come. Knowing Ginny and her tendency to be naive, she's probably going to stumble face first into some slandering crap. Astoria isn't exactly the dumbest lady in the world, and I'm sure her cunning mind is going to try and come up with something to use against poor Ginny and Draco. She's really the perfect antagonist. xD

I agree with the others when I say I'm glad they didn't have sex in the end. It seems a lot more tender that Draco touches Ginny only for the comfort and he only seemed to be able to sleep when she was in his presence.

I do have a feeling that Astoria won't be the only antagonist they're going to have to face. *looks at Norbert Nosselthorpe. . .*

Things are about to get crazy, aren't they?

Author's Response: Ginny is contradictory here, for sure. I think she knew what was coming... ;) Yes, even then, she was tempted by the sort-of-hinted-at Malfoy-mistress offer. But I think she knew by this point that she could not give in or she would truly lose herself. Luckily, she didn't have to, because Draco came through. I'm not going to say that he's necessarily being completely honest about everything here... but he's telling the truth about the annulment. Oh, and there are going to be a few different antagonists... Harry hasn't exactly fallen off a cliff! More soon...
