The site is down. How do I find out what's going on?

Solution Sometimes during updates the site goes into maintenance mode, but is still there. Other times there could be server downtime in which the site appears to have disappeared. Obviously for the latter you wouldn't be able to read this message. However, we do have a Twitter account where we update the status of the site when and if we notice problems. It can be found at DandGdotcom.
