A smallish vent about the insensitivities of the occasional fanfiction reader and the abuses of the authors at their mercy.Category: Essays
It is truly sad that you were compelled to write this. *sigh* People can be so inconsiderate.
Ginny Weasley is sent to stay with her grandparents until the war ends, as her parents want to keep her out of harm's way. Her grandparents have another guest, another person in hiding, and a relationship quickly blossoms between them. However, with the war and so many secrets around them, Ginny isn't sure how to make it work. Fluffy occasionally, but things can't always be perfect, can they? Decisions have to be made and consequences dealt with.Category: Works in ProgressFor a fleeting moment, she imagined that they would never hear from their families again, that they would remain together in Tuscany until they were old and gray, with great-grandchildren. Much to her surprise, the thought didn’t make her as sad as she thought it should.
I always get so excited when I see this story updated =) Thank you so so so much for sharing! My life would be so dull without fan fiction *sigh* Wish I had better ways to show my appreciation.
Author's Response: LOL! i feel the same way. thank you D/G for taking away my life outside the computer! haha

“Now, I’m not blaming anyone, you must recognise that. I loved you. Once. And it has to be once. I can’t still love you, not after all these years.”Category: Completed Short Stories
Wow! I don't know how long ago I first read this, or even if you still see these comments, but I do know that I've read it many times over the years and EVERY TIME I do, I cry like a little baby. This is powerful writing and I thank you for sharing your time and talent and lament that I've not had the pleasure to read more.
What really happened in the DH Epilogue of Doom. Poor, poor Harry, so very clueless...Category: Works in Progress
Chapter SIXTY-NINE quote of the day:
Ginny scowled at him. “You don’t know me very well.”
Draco shook his head, his eyes more sorrowful than ever. “No. I don’t. Eternity wouldn’t be long enough for that.”
“Why do I feel as if we’ve suddenly wandered into the set of a men’s cologne commercial?” complained Lucifer.
“Can’t you keep your damn mouth shut, Lucifer?” spat Draco.
“Please… really… I don’t think you should talk to him that way,” whispered Ginny.
I'm so happy to see this story updated again! I would be happy with updates on any of your stories, but this one is my favorite, I think. I'm sorry about your bad personal issues. I hope you continue to recover in that aspect. As always thank you so much for sharing your talent! =)

Who knew happily-ever-after could have an expiration date? New beginnings are hard, but when they happen in the middle of your life, they're infinitely more so.Category: Works in Progress

The idea of "renting" her soul out to anyone - let alone a former Slytherin nemesis - did not sit well with Ginny Weasley. But circumstances always tend to go askew and when she finds herself in a dire position, Ginny has no choice but to relent, accepting the deal and the seven wishes offered as payment.Category: Long and Completed
“But seeing as I am not some badly written two-dimensional character in an overly-exerted novel, if I tried shoving him in as the last piece of the puzzle,..." Love it!!

I'm intrigued.... please continue =)
Author's Response: thanks! i\'m glad you liked it.
I push away from the bed, or it pushes me away, and I grip my chair. My eyes don’t leave Draco’s thin face, and I marvel at the silvery white of his hair and eyebrows and eyelashes, itching to touch them, but death won’t allow me; I have respect for the dead.Category: Completed Short Stories
This story is incredibly original and I enjoyed it immensely. Perhaps because I can really relate with Ginny's situation. Or maybe because it was very well written. Good Work! Thanks for sharing your talent!
Author's Response: Thank you loads! Do you really? I hope not, and I'm sorry if something like this has happened to you, it's pretty horrible from what I see in my story. Thank you for such high praise!
Trying to escape the pain of her daughter's death, Ginny runs to Pennsylvania to start anew. Almost six years later, a man from her past walks back into her life, reopening old wounds and setting in motion a journey of discovery, sorrow, and joy.Category: Long and Completed

Four years after The Battle of Hogwarts, Voldemort lives and the war is dragging on. With no end in sight, Draco is forced to take drastic action after receiving information that what he values most is in significant danger... his children.Category: Completed Short Stories
I loved the symmetry. It was very effective. I don't know why I continue to read your stories, as I'm a happy-ending lover, but I love the way you write. Sorry I'm awful about reviewing, Just thought you deserved a thanks for sharing your talents and to let you know that you have a fan in me, even with your morbid endings. Always looking forward to reading more. Thanks! =)
Author's Response: Thank you very much. It's always good to hear you have a repeat reader and someone who enjoys your stories. Sad endings seem to be my MO, so I'll have to shake it up a little maybe. Look for some stuff soon that may have some not-so-familiar styles of ending. :D
Draco could probably concentrate better on his psychology class if it weren’t for two things: he’s hiding out at Hogwarts from a murderous Voldemort, and Ginny Weasley is his tutor. It’s a sunny Saturday afternoon at the library, and Draco and Ginny are all alone. Will the primordial sexual drives of the id win out? Was Carl Rogers right about the power of unconditional positive regard? And why does existential angst have to keep rearing its ugly head? AU, set during Draco’s seventh year.Category: Works in Progress
You know, I decided that I wasn't going to read this story until you had at least 10 chapters posted, as one chapter of your stories is never quite enough. I'll tell you now that I managed to hold out for a full ten minutes before I broke down and read it. *sigh* It was as amazing as all of your work is and of course you once again have left me wanting more, more, MORE!!!! Thanks!
Author's Response: Thanks, and don't worry, there WILL be more, and this fic will NOT be 1,289.5 chapters long.
Well, that one was way out there.. lol Still, immensely enjoyable and hilarious to boot! Thank you!
Ginny Weasley is absolutely sure that Draco Malfoy is hatching a particularly evil plot as junior head of the Ministry Department of Culture, and that it definitely involves puppy-strangling, bribing officials, and consistently wearing trousers tailored very tight in back. Or at least it's a theory that makes sense when she's been surviving on two hours of sleep a night for far too long, and Draco keeps vetoing her sketches for the new marble statues at the Ministry fountain. But then Luna Lovegood gives her a potion with some very curious effects, and Ginny finds that she just may have to revise her opinions about those evil trousers...Category: Works in Progress
As entertaining and amusing as always =)
Thanks, Anise.
Amazing job, Anise. You've once again pulled me into your your web. And I don't mind it one bit as long as you keep spinning the tale ;) Thanks!
Poor Draco and Ginny... *sigh* Thanks yet again for another peek into your brilliant mind. =)
Wonderful! You are a Goddess. Possibly THE Goddess. Thank you again for sharing your brilliant imagination and fabulous storytelling ability. Oh and By the way, I want ALL of your works sooner rather than later, so my vote for your completed short story is for NOW NOW NOW.. =)
*COMPLETE* The war is raging on, and Harry is the only one who can stop it. In order to do so, he must accept help and alliances from people he never would have expected it from. Ginny and Draco are working on their new relationship in the midst of the war, and trying to make things last, despite the odds.Category: Long and Completed
I'm positive I've read this before. Have you posted it on other sites? Oh, I'm enjoying what I've read. In fact, I enjoy all of your works. Thanks for sharing your talent. =)
Author's Response: yup. it used to be (and still is, actually) posted at portkey.org. i just gave up on that site cause i love this one!
Either Dumbledore’s assignment of Draco and Ginny as Potions study partners was perfectly innocent, or it’s all part of Voldemort’s cunning plan to spread nastiness, evil, and complete and utter un-niceness over all of Hogwarts by getting his sinister junior Death Eater heir-to-darkness a shagging partner to perk up the apocalypse to come. Ron is convinced it’s the latter, especially once he learns the shocking truth about Ginny’s cherry pie, Draco’s remarkably long, hard stick, and the Undershorts of Evil. This fic is COMPLETE!Category: Long and Completed
Haha! I love it! Hilarious! Can't wait for more =)
This story is so much fun. Thanks! And I hope you feel better and all of your tests turn out fine =)
WOO HOO! I can't wait! As always, thanks for sharing =) Much Love.
