In a series of vignettes spanning ten years, Draco and Ginny form an enduring friendship, which eventually leads to more. Drugged confessions, Playstation abuse, weddings, Christmas shopping, blind dates, stripteases, an exploding wand, and R/Hr on the side. Each chapter corresponds to an element of a challenge, including a required item and phrase.Category: Long and Completed

So very, very yummy. I read this all in one sitting, never realizing it was...er...51 pages. Oh my. Oh my. I love the best friends twist on the relationship...priceless!
At three in the morning, a scratching could be heard in the Gryffindor Head Girl's bedroom; a box of 'Lawry's: Best Ribs in London' matches at work. But this story is not about the Lawry's ribs or the debatable quality of the meat; it is one of terror and bloodshed and joy, and how the greatest force on earth isn't magic at all. Well, not that sort at least. Patience- all that shall be revealed now is how it began.Category: Works in Progress
I like the plot a lot (angsty!Draco and Tomtastic!Ginny are some of my very favorite kinds) but I'm taking some pretty serious issue to some of the dialogue, about three things in particular.
Draco's language is very heavy, florid, and stitled, and though I understand the effect you're going for, it doesn't quite scan, particularly next to Pansy's dialogue. He can speak elaborately without the heavy feeling.
Little Draco's lisp pops up even where there are no sibilants in the words, which came across as a bit ridiculous to me.
And (I've tried it to, to the same effect) Seamus's accent broke my brain.
I don't want to seem overly critical, but those did break up what has otherwise so far been a really neat story to read.
On to the next chapter!
I love crazy Draco. I need to know what was in that room!
Same mini-crit about Draco's dialogue. Otherwise, nifty nifty keen.

Oh! That was so sweet. Do you know I was fuming for Ginny when the necklace was sent? I was quite involved. :) Wonderfully written!

I read this all in one sitting, and my mind is spinning. It's rare to find such a well-rounded Draco in the fandom, and even though it must have been hard to write (there were times when the portrayal was hard to read) it was an absolute delight. All of your characterizations were excellent, especially the Weasley clan dynamic. Thank you for this!

Yum, yum, yum. Ginny as a little sexpot seems perfectly right to me.
She thought that her writing was the thing most likely to help her be noticed as herself.Category: Completed Short Stories
I do love this story! Ginny's sentence makes me swoon a little.
I do think at the beginning that Ginny's feeling of invisibility or of being no one is a little overdone, repeated a bit too much. Otherwise, though, the characterizations were great.
In progress. Ginny commemorates the fifth anniversary of her death and finds herself face to face with someone from her past.Category: Works in Progress
Please, please write more! I'm in love. The summary was gripping. I expected a ghost...this is better.

Wonderful! It was adorable watching Draco fall in love. All together now: d'awwwwwww! :D
Author's Response: *G* Thanks. I find that I like Draco the sex god fine, but Draco the clueless woobie is a nice change on occasion.

D'awww. I love angsty Weasleys.
"That Boy." Heh heh. :)

Aw, whee. I like that Ginny needed convincing to accept the proposal; that was a lovely sort of role reversal. The title is great, by the way--dragged me in. :D
Author's Response: Thank you so much for reading!

Angry!kiss was just as fun as the Shakespearian insults. I giggled all the way through!
Winner of "Best Draco Malfoy" at the Spring 2007 D/G Fic Exchange! “The Tower is a card about war, a war between the structures of lies and the lightning flash of truth. It stands for false concepts and institutions that we take for real. You can expect to be shaken up, to be blinded by a shocking revelation. It sometimes takes that to see a truth that one refuses to see.”Category: Long and Completed
Oh *snap.* Definitely the best characterization of Draco I've ever read. You get all the lovely fluffy stuff mixed in with Death Eater Draco.
I have to say also, I do love the title. Tarot cards are an instant recipe for shininess!
Aw. Yay for things!
Very well written, I enjoyed reading it the whole way through. The Black sisters have to be some of my very favorite characters, and I'm glad you worked them in there. :)
