Her head was poking into Lucy’s dark kitchen. Apparently, her friend had much thicker curtains. After several minutes of shouting, Ginny was relieved to see a hassled looking Lucy sulk into the kitchen.
“If you aren’t bleeding, I swear to Merlin….” Lucy grumbled, rummaging around in a cabinet and extracting a tea kettle.

I loved that Ron found a new love interest! I also love that we got to delve even deeper in to what makes Draco tick. Daphne and Astoria are perfect and I am so glad that Gin finally gave in and let go of old rivalries. But my absolute favorite was this line "Your date over there is looking impatient, and I assume that he's probably paying you by the hour for services." I was literally loling my husband was asking me what was so funny! great job! post soon please!
Author's Response: Thank you, so much! :) I absolutely think that Ron can do soooo much better than Hermione, and it was fun to create a nice girl for him. Daphne was mentioned in canon but, really, she wasn't mentioned as a strongly aligned family like some others, so I thought she and Astoria had potential to be more neutral. I loved building them up and giving them strong enough personalites to match our Ginny. More coming soon, and thanks so much for reviewing!

I love that Ron and Draco's friendship was gradual. I also think it's great that Ginny is so forlorn about the whole situation. I can't wait to read more!
