A response to a mailing list on why D/G led to a long, rambling essay which I'm posting here.Category: Essays
Wow! Next time someone asks me if I'm going crazy 'cause I ship Fire & Ice I'll know what to say...
Impressive work!
Harry is dead; Voldemort won (or did he?); Ginny Weasley is all alone, left to the mercies of the Malfoy family.Category: Works in Progress
You know we all understand, and if you do update this awesome fic that deserves every praise it can possibly get, every reader will be jumping with joy, including myself. So keep going, whenever you can, and don't stop until you're completely satisfied with the result!
An explosion in the Potions classroom leaves behind a raving Potions Master, a bloody Draco, and a certain redhead we all love having a moment of altruistic weakness. Ginny's kindness makes Draco very suspicious, leading him to destroy her goodwill. In retribution, Ginny decides to put some embarrassing information about Draco to good use. Ahh, nothing like one-upmanship to kindle a little romance.Category: Works in Progress
Aww... I imagined some Blaise/Hermione, but no luck for me... B and Coline are also fun, though. I liked Pansy's tactics. Keep writing!
What happens a few years after you finish school? All your friends begin to get married. It's a great way to see old friends from the past and to form new... relationships. *Not based on the movie, just liked the title and the concept.Category: Completed Short Stories
This is amazing. Although I liked the movie, I think this was just a little better (was it the Draco/ginny, the Neville/Pansy, the beautiful writing or the fact that it is situated in the Potter-verse?)...
Two and a half years after his failure to kill Albus Dumbledore, Draco has long been accepted back into the ranks of the Death Eaters. He is still obsessively searching for the rebel Ginny Weasley, but he hides that secret well. When she is found one snowy December night, he smuggles her onto the Death Eaters? train with him. And he begins to learn that nothing will ever be the same again?Category: Works in Progress
Wow, this is getting quite complicated... and our favorite (well, or not) bookworm doesn't know the answer this time. So I'm waiting for the next chapter to let Draco find Ginny and maybe live happily ever after.
Sweet Delirium... and I'm having fun reading this fic. It certainly IS complicated, but fun, and amazing, and creative, and you-know-what-else, and a lovely read, and it's good to know there are people that have an imagination like I do. And - I think I have to read that series, it sounds good.
That's all for now. Keep updating!
I'm seriously in love! Although it can ´be confusing sometimes. Update!!!
Loved that banshee part. Your fics make me always fell sane in comparison. Thanks a lot! But I also love the plot, and the writing style. Awesome fic!
See you next chapter.
What really happened in the DH Epilogue of Doom. Poor, poor Harry, so very clueless...Category: Works in Progress
Chapter SIXTY-NINE quote of the day:
Ginny scowled at him. “You don’t know me very well.”
Draco shook his head, his eyes more sorrowful than ever. “No. I don’t. Eternity wouldn’t be long enough for that.”
“Why do I feel as if we’ve suddenly wandered into the set of a men’s cologne commercial?” complained Lucifer.
“Can’t you keep your damn mouth shut, Lucifer?” spat Draco.
“Please… really… I don’t think you should talk to him that way,” whispered Ginny.
I like Miss Kitty... I am no longer a proper cat...
Anise, no offense, but with you a finite number of capters left can mean anything between five and one hundred... But I'm looking forward to it! The Atropos scene was nice... first it is mythology, which I love, and then the fourteen dishes for Ron. Let Ginny find Draco again...
No cliffie? Hey, soory I didn't review sooner... I'm not telling you why, that would take an eternity... but it's amazing. And this chapter was surprisingly -normal, sane- for you. I think i'm going to miss this fic.
Anna's now waiting for an update. Please?
Aw, no! No! No! This is not right! Not right at all... Please tell me happy endings do exist in the Anise-verse...
Like the Knived part, as well as this twisted Cedric/Edward/Robert idea. And, as always, good work, I'm already waiting for the next chapter.
Yay! Finally! Is this story ever ending by the way? I'm not complaining, though... but you must admit it can be complicated at times. Who really wants those D-and-G-fall-in-love-and-live-happily-ever-after-although-it-s-impossible stories anyway??? This one's just amazing! And it proves JK's wrong in some... twisted... very complicated... funny as hell... astonishing... way.
So sorry I didn't review sooner or for the last chapter. Real life sucks sometimes. Oh well.
Then go have fun again in the dark and twisted Aniseverse, and share that fun with us in the next chapter!
Thanks for the crown *looks in the mirror* (although it clashes with my clothes today, lol), and for the chapter! FINALLY some explanations... and not everything - again - so you keep us waiting for the next vhapter, as always. Have I mentioned I am in loev with this fic? Your descriptions of this twisted story and this twisted Draco... yummy.
Well, thanks again, and see you next chapter... soon-ish, I hope?!?
Wow, that sure was one hell of a summary. But a good one, and one we all needed. You not so much, probably... you do sound a bit exasperated / crazy in here. =P In a good sense of crazy, in a good sense of crazy of course! And now, "chapter sixty-seven it is." (Is there any shagging at the end of it?)
=)
Author's Response: Thank you! :) Funny you should ask that shagging question... let's just say that the shagging STARTS at some point during this chapter, but it doesn't END... ;)
“There is nowhere else tonight, Ginny,” he said, easing her blouse off her shoulder, kissing her neck. “Nowhere else in all the universe. Now let me show you all the stars there are in all the skies.”
Aw, cute. He's so sweet in the end of this chapter. (Hidden agenda?!?) That's evil for cutting off the shagging by the way. I'm sure Ginny is happy though u_u
Oh Lucifer. And Narcissa. It's all becoming clearer. Although I'll admit I'm still a bit hazy in general on the early chapters. Sorry.
As always, great chapter, and please update soon! =)
Author's Response: Thanks! :) Draco is sweet, isn't he? Hidden agenda... mmm... well, kind of. Maybe not exactly in the way you might be thinking, but there certainly IS something very important that he knows and Ginny doesn't. We'll find out at least part of what it is very soon... And yes, I knew that people were going to be a little hazy on the earlier material of NYL (or, well, never have read the earlier part at all.) But that was kind of an occupational hazard of starting up a fic again after almost two years! ;) More soon.
Who knew happily-ever-after could have an expiration date? New beginnings are hard, but when they happen in the middle of your life, they're infinitely more so.Category: Works in Progress
I just read this fic for the first time yesterday, and then you update today! Let Draco and Ginny out to play, the real fun is just about oto begin :)
This is amazing! Keep writing, because I'm hoping for a quick update...
After frighteningly realistic dreams lead Ginny to France, she finds herself thrust into the middle of a war no one knows about, led by a man no one would have ever suspected. Can she save him from an unimaginable fate? Will she make it out of France alive?Category: Works in Progress
This is great. I'm too incoherent to properly review at the moment - this is just amazing. Interesting, with a great plot and plausible characters. (Also yay for the kiss at the end!). Can't wait to read more. =)
*Final chapter added* Parenting can be overwhelming, even for wizards. Especially when there are teenagers involved. Draco and Ginny, summoned to Hogwarts for a conference with their children's Head of House, share an interlude neither can forget.Category: Completed Short Stories
I'm going to read that epilogue... This was so different, amazing idea! Good you did the 2nd chapter, though, it wouldn't have been the same without.
When a serial killer who leaves behind no evidence plagues Muggle London, Scotland Yard is at a loss. It's a good thing they have a wizard in their employ. Join the investigation and the race to find the butcher before he strikes again.Category: Works in Progress
A Harry Potter psychological thriller. AU after OotP.
thank you for writing it!
Author's Response: Thank you for reading it. :-)
Were you demanding a clear ending to 'Interlude'? Then this is what you wanted.Category: Completed Short Stories
Oh, yes, definitely! Scorpius/
Lily and Draco/Ginny would be kind of awkward... like Molly said.
Ginny recieves the opportunity of a lifetime from our favorite ferret, but there's just one little catch.Category: Works in Progress
I found your fic ;)
I see you took the italics advice in the beginning...
waiting for the next lovely chapter to beta now...
see you, anna
Author's Response: Yay! You found me!
It's hard to learn how to live without that one person you thought would be in your life forever. But Ginny Weasley had always been a quick study, and there are always certain grey-eyed boys to help speed up the learning process...Category: Works in Progress
Sir Luckless? Awesome chapter!
In her sixth year a mysterious condition renders Ginny Weasley unable to touch the opposite sex. What happens when Draco decides to challenge her illness? Sparks of denial and attraction will definitely fly.Category: Long and Completed
Awesome!
Good idea, very good writing... so :)
Author's Response: It wasn\'t my idea, but the writing I\'ll take credit for ;) Thank you!
