So, I finally sat down to read this, and now I am being carted off for lunch. Damnable boyfriend.

I like he opening, the flashback. Draco is uncharacteristically nice, but characteristically Draco: "... I can get one of your living brothers." Hehe, he can be such an emotionally retarded boy. I can definitely understand Ginny's need to lose herself and to use Draco to do it. He does tell her not to tempt him, so it is all her doing. Bravo, Gin. ^_~

I also like how this is entirely from Ginny's PoV. I'm assuming, at some point, we will see Draco's. I guess I will have to read on to find out.

Molly should be shot and killed. What a bitch! The baby is still a part of Ginny. It's not like Ginny was raped, and the baby is a reminder of some past tragedy/horror. Wench!. Argh, I'm going to despise your Molly, aren't I? I can't believe Arthur let her do this. Please tell me that he regrets what he did. Arthur is the reasonable one.

I am also curious if Ron knows as well -- what Molly did. I doubt it. I have a feeling that only Molly an Arthur know.

You set up a good mystery, and I cannot wait to R&R when I get back. ^_^

~Lia

Author's Response: No, you probably won't like Molly. She does have a reason behind what she does, not a very strong one, but one nonetheless. You'll see eventually, and then you can make your own judgements. As for Draco's POV, yes, you'll see it once or twice. But this is mostly from Ginny's POV. Boys are silly!

Adorable. I have a feeling that Serena is a hellion. She's a Draco and Ginny combined? Dear God. Run for the hills! Very very cute chapter. I love Narcissa as the evil grandmother. I also like the name Xavier. That was the name of one of my exes (I have too many exes).

I like how we're being built up for the huge tension balloon that is forming. I'm assuming the customer who came in and said "Weasley?" is Draco. Mwa ha ha. He's gonna be so pissed at her, and Ginny should be furious with her mother when she finds out. She should disown her!

Lovely chapter. Now on to the next one. I can't wait to read the D/G interaction. ^_^

~Lia

Author's Response: Oh, you'll love Serena, and probably hate her a little too in the later chapters. You'll see why though. Keep in mind, she's six years old. Narcissa and Lucius are very important to this story, at least, more important than the Weasley parents.

Draco is such a gentleman; however, he is also vindictive too -- he likes to rub salt in open wounds. Lol. I still can't believe Molly did that. Argh, I want to throttle her. And Arthur let her do it? *shakes head* It's ridiculous. I cannot wait to see Ginny reunited with her daughter. Wonderful chapter -- am onto the next. ^^

~Lia

Author's Response: He does have his moments, but I do find him to be a little OOC. Although, I also find that this is how I would envision Draco to be considering his circumstances and age. Some might disagree. The reuniting comes soon.

Boo to Molly! Ginny's brothers were awesome at least. Very content that Ron is not an arsehole in this.

Ginny is entirely vindicated in her anger and taking out said anger and frustration on her mother; however, I am left wondering "where do we go from here?" Will we see Molly and Arthur again (any time soon)?

I am very excited to see how this will pan out. I am deliberately taking my time to savour your delectable and indelible scenes. *licks fingers* Onward I go!

~Lia

Author's Response: None of the brothers are bad, don't worry about that. Percy gets annoying but you'll see. You will see Molly and Arthur again soon, just very later on. It's going to take a lot of times for those wounds to heal. And Molly does have her own twisted reasoning behind what she did, which you will find out later as well. I just thought naughty thoughts with that ending. Thanks for reviewing.

Haha! I love this chapter, and you were right: I love Serena. She's such a combination of Ginny and Draco. *snorts* Quite the mouth on her.

I like Lucius' talk with Ginny, but this line confused me: “Do you know that some animals eat their young to protect them?” -- How can your protect your young by eating them? o_O

Hehe, I really like your Pansy: "She holds conversation as well as a table". Hehe! Also, you're very good at making me hate your female characters, namely Molly and Tracey Davis. Draco better well break up with her! *gives you a pointed look*

Overall, a really good chapter, Ann. Fully of humour, sweetness, and craziness.

~Lia

Author's Response: She's quite the smart six year old. The animals eat their young because they think they're better off dead than out in the world. You'll have to read on to find out what's going on with Tracey Davis. I will say that if you hate Tracey now, you are going to abhor her, want her dead, very soon. You'll see. :)

Hehe, a Ron/Pansy relationship? Interesting. I might just like this.

This was a great chapter--Serena is such a manipulator, it's adorable. I also love the fact that Harry is a great guy instead of a ponce.

I must say that Ginny has a lot of bathrooms for a flat in London. London, like Manhattan, is known for having very few bathrooms. However, this is a magical world. I want to live in magical London. :(

Now I am on to the next chapter since I can't wait to see how Draco and Ginny's relationship unfold.

Author's Response: It's more like a hint of Ron/Pansy. Their interactions into the story sort of taper off. But there is a lot of Pansy...well, a good amount. Yes, I know that London flats have very little bathrooms. But it is the magical world, and Ginny renovated before she decorated. I would love a place like hers, just not in London. :D

Heheh, Serena is so devious, and I do think that she gets it from her Aunt Pansy. So adorable. I love your Ron in this--he has mellowed. He reminds me of the Ron in the movies (Rupert Grint). Ginny has also become rather domesticated, and now Tracey Davis is on the warpath. Should I prepare myself for a big cat fight coming up? Onto the next. ~Lia

Author's Response: I love Rupert Grint. But yes, he has mellowed out. I like to think that it's the effects of having a child and going through a divorce. Not necessarily a cat fight, but I suppose by now you would have read about that part. Thanks for reviewing!

Asleep in Draco's bed while he's in one of his guest rooms? This dog will not hunt, Monsieur. This will not do. I must see some DG kissing interaction. ^_~ I am loving Pansy quite a lot in this--I must move on to the next chapter. ~Lia

Author's Response: You'll see a kiss soon. You may or may not be on that chapter now. I forget. Hehe, Pansy is so much fun to write. :)

Draco, Draco, Draco ... that boy has no empathy whatsoever. I have discovered that men find it almost impossible to put themselves in a woman's shoes. I am seriously miffed with Draco right now--I hope Ginny gets her revenge and makes him feel terrible about it. :( ~Lia

Author's Response: Not in that situation, no. He comes around eventually. And he will get his due punishment. Actually, his punishment was a little light in my opinion. You were meant to hate Draco after this, but he shall redeem himself...I hope.

“Ronald, you’re fighting with a six year old” -- This line made me snort. Chris goes, "What are you laughing at". My response: "Something that Ann wrote." ^_^

This is a good chapter that let's us into everyone else's heads: Pansy, Blaise, Luna, etc. Very good. I like how you have Draco not having romantic inclinations toward Ginny: it makes it more real.

For me, this story is really starting to get interesting, and I can't wait to see what happens next. You're getting me emotionally invested in the characters now!

Author's Response: I laughed when I read the first line of this, but no one was around to hear it. :( I find that I read a lot of stories where they have one night stands, and fall in love years later when they see each other across darkened rooms. Things don't work like that. I wish they did because then I might be tempted to try it out. But they don't. Realism was my motive, as much realism as one can have in a Harry Potter fan fic. :D When I read about you getting emotionally invested, I could almost hear you going and it's about time, even though I know that really isn't your thing.

Serena the Slytherin. Manipulative little girl. I love it. This was a great chapter. I like how Draco had his heels dug in the entire time, refusing to kiss Ginny. Hehe, so adorable. I must read on. ~Lia

Author's Response: I think she probably would end up in Slytherin. She is very adept at manipulating people. :D Thanks for reviewing. -Ann

The men are plotting. Oh, my, this cannot augur well. I like the little Lucius/Ginny moment. Will they ever address the fact that he slipped her the diary? Hmm. And is there any significance with the ring--is this part of the protection? It's so weird seeing the Weasleys and Malfoys work together--I'm glad there is still animosity between them all. ^_^ On to the next chapter! *grins* ~Lia

Author's Response: Call it oversight that I didn't actually think of the diary. But no, I don't think they would address it, even if I didn't overlook it. It's more of the past is the past and everyone is trying to move on than anything else. It's funny because at one point, there was significance to the ring. But now, no, there isn't. -Ann

I wouldn't say it was Extremely Naughty... Oh, well. What they did to Tracey was ... quite cruel and wrong on so many levels, in my opinion. How is it that no one else saw her freaking out?

It's interesting how everyone got so sleepy. Narcissa and Lucius, who are older, were able to stay awake while the 20-year-olds were pooped. Sheesh! ;)

They finally kissed! Yay! Now that they're feeling all awkward and weird, things are bound to get more complicated. Yay! Lol.

Author's Response: This isn't the Extremely Naughty part...that comes in the future. It was very cruel of them, and it will come again in the future. And you will hear more about Tracey as well, four or so chapters down the line I believe. There was a shield up, creative license on my part, to prevent people from seeing. LOL, yes, Narcissa and Lucius party hard, didn't you know. Ah, sweet kisses. Yes, complication ahead. Guaranteed. -Ann PS: Glad to hear you're home safely....or back at home #2 safely.

"Wench"--Ah, to children and their journey through the evolution of profanity. ^_~

This was a very teasing chapter. There was too much flirting going on and not enough kissing! You better make up for that in the next chapter.

Author's Response: Well, I make up for the not kissing in the next chapter.

Molly, you degenerate hussy! Oh, it was Lucius, wasn't it? No, probably not since he is younger than Molly but...c'mon, who was it?

Lol, I love Lucius and Ginny's talks. The broom analogy was priceless. (Oh, and I have total empathy for Ginny--I'd feel the same).

"I’d settle for a sister at this point," Haha, this chapter is awesome! I love how Serena coyly asks Ginny to pop another baby out. HA!

Good good. This is getting better. I'd like more smut though. ^_~

Author's Response: It was not Lucius. You'll never find out who. Yay, Lucius love.

I know I should be annoyed by Serena's interruption, but I am not. I am annoyed with Draco's inability to say 'no' to the child. Reminds me of someone I know...

Author's Response: This is where you begin to see parallels to your life. I was channeling some other worldly powers and predicting your future.

The 'monster' scene with George, little Fred, Serena, and Gin was adorable. George and his son are so cute!

I like the idea of Fred being Serena's 'little brother'.

Author's Response: I should bring him back.

Oh, Luna. Dun dun dun. I love how Ron is not oblivious--for once.

I'm sorry for such short, rubbish reviews, but I am at work (naughty girl). I do promise to properly review this lovely story and give concrit once it is finally complete. For now, you have to make due with cheeky comments every chapter. ^_~

Author's Response: Now that I know what you sound like, things like naughty girl make me giggle. Hehe. I HATE HATE HATE your cheeky reviews. By hate, I mean love. :)

This is why I don't want kids, especially a spoilt child. Blergh. And Draco over-reacts. Badly. Also reminds me of someone. Argh. To live your life entirely for your child is stupid. It's like living through your child, like those ridiculous mothers who enter their children in pageants or send them to commercial/tv/movie auditions.

“She is the most important person in my life. She always will be,” Draco said. “Will you be able to be in a relationship where you always come in second?”

The funny thing is, is that when she's grown up and has a boyfriend or husband of her own, he will come in second, and he will need a new first.

Ann, this story is pissing me off in its parallel to MY world! Stop it! Lol!

“She’s my daughter too, Draco, and I love her. But one day she will grow up and go off on her own. And who will I be left with? It may sound selfish of me, especially considering the situation we’re in now, but it’s true. When she’s off at Hogwarts, when she gets married, where will you be Draco? Will you be left all alone?”

Yes yes yes! God, I love you.

Ginny opened the door. “Remember what I said, Draco. She’ll grow up. You can’t stop her from doing so. You won’t be able to put your life on hold because you have a daughter, Draco. And I’m not just talking about me. I’m talking about when you find someone you truly love.”

Ann, did you write this for me? Lol

Author's Response: I did write it for you, in advance. I wrote it so that when your read it, you would get irrationally angry.

“But you stopped dating Mother because I asked you to.” Serena huffed. “I don’t see how this is any different.”--Manipulative little...She's six, Lia. She's six. I know. Sighs.

“This is what happens when she gets everything she wants.” Lucius stared at the doors that Serena had slammed shut. He was not happy with her behavior in the slightest, especially not in front of guests. “You can’t spoil her.”--Yes, thank you, Lucius!

I am not in a forgiving mood right now. *sulks*

Author's Response: I'm sorry about your mood. (Now you have to deal with my short responses)

Ginny fell into the sex trap. I am disappointed in her...Argh, this sounds like something you'd say to me.

Stop writing about my life, Ann! Lol

Author's Response: She didn't have sex with him, unless I'm missing something. It was just a kiss. A KISS!

Good for Ginny finally stepping up and telling Draco that she's her child too. I hope Ginny can fix some of Serena's spoilt ways.

Draco also seems to want more than sex, but he is too stubborn to admit it--and so is Ginny. Who will break first? Ginny, I think.

I knew Ginny would break first! Draco and Ginny should have a vacation alone. Leave the kid behind. Lol. I should never ever have children. I'm so not a forgiving soul. No, I better put a tomb-bomb in this uterus so no child is suffered my mothering 'skills'.

Author's Response: Lol. Oh, Lia, I love you.

You just had to throw a curb ball, didn't you?

*clasps hands together* So, is Serena gonna die? Oh, I'm terrible. Send me out to sea and all that rot. Seriously, I don't want the whelp to die, but she sure as hell better do what her mother says from now on. No more, ‘Daddy will do what I tell him’ Princess Complex she has going on.

*snaps* Yes, I know she’s six, Ann! I’m allowed to get angry with fictional characters. *simmers*

I just have this feeling that when Draco finds them, he is still going to blame Ginny for Serena being kidnapped. Maybe you should have it so that Ginny is able to convince Warrington to return Serena or somehow returns the girl herself, and then Ginny is recaptured and tortured!

Tortured Ginny! She's bound to get more attention than the sprout afterwards, no? Take that, Draco! Take that tortured Ginny home and tell her that she is JUST as important. *throws hands up in the air in frustration*

Okay, I am getting worked up. I should go put on a cuppa.

Author's Response: Leave Serena alone. *rolls eyes* Am I going to have to defend a SIX year old FICTIONAL character from you now? As for what Draco will do, if and when he finds them, well, you'll have to wait and see like everyone else. No special treatment for you. The next chapter is actually pretty much done so hopefully you won't have to wait too long. Now, go have some tea.
