A bet, a wanted witch, and a magical contract land Draco in a most unexpected situation. Can his Slytherin soul survive intact or will he succumb to one redheaded witch in bondage? Snarky humor, romance, and a pinch of angst. “I don’t want it. I didn’t order it. Now leave me the fuck alone.” He slammed the door closed. Only it didn’t close due to the enormous boot wedged into its threshold. One loud grunt later and it flung back open, almost hitting him in the face. Draco reflexively leaned back, and that’s when she was thrust into his unsuspecting arms.Category: Works in Progress
This was beautiful. Moving and inticate and flawlessly beautiful. Your Draco (you've often compared him to mine, and I must agree after this chapter) has a most wonderous mind and a delicate something that I can't put my finger on. I loved the descriptions of the Firewhiskey, by the way, although I don't know why. Take care, I'll be in touch. :)

A piece of me died as I watched her marry him.Category: Completed Short Stories
What a great one-shot! I love how you keep the reader guessing on if it's Harry or Draco the whole time. I might have switched three or four times.
Lunaeyes
Author's Response: Thanks so much- I\'m glad I could keep you guessing all the way through!
After twelve years, Draco is released from prison.Category: Completed Short Stories
This is lovely. I wish you would continue it as a story, it's such a brilliant idea.
~Lunaeyes
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I\'m glad you enjoyed it.
Post-War England. Draco and Ginny. There are some things you can't leave behind.Category: Completed Short Stories
Lovely, lovely. Your language is amazing.
"Drifts of pristine snow covered the roof and nestled against the side of the primeval structure." I mean that sentence just takes my breath away. That's insane. You're amazing.
Author's Response: Hi Lunaeyes! What a wonderful review. Hmm... that passage stuck you, did it? It\'s a first! I appreciate your kind words on this one. -fallenwitch
A conversation Draco overhears sends him into a fit of rage.Category: Completed Short Stories
I love the definition at the end of the story! What a well-written short story! Your language is really fantastic and the characterization is even better.
Lunaeyes
Author's Response: I\'m glad you enjoyed it, and that you think Draco\'s character managed to come out. Thank you very much for the review!
Maybe not always happily, and ever isn't guaranteed, but the story of Draco and Ginny definitely continues after the marriage.Category: Works in Progress
This is the first time I've read the story, otherwise I promise I would have left a review for the first chapter. :)
I especially loved Ginny going off on the shrink, because that seems like something she would do. Especially after being married to Draco. What a lovely little story. I wonder how it would sound in Spanish. ;)
Draco has recently broken up with Pansy, and is not looking for anyone new. That is until he runs into a certain beautiful red-head.Category: Works in Progress
Alright...this is something.
Your story is cute, although cliched. I am confused as to why Harry was cheating on Ginny, will there be an explanation in upcoming chapters?
I do love some of your word choices, but there is something not quite right about your characterization. Why is Draco acting charming to a Weasley? Is that acceptable? Is there any internal conflict on this? And so on. Keep it up. I would love to see how you plan to unfold this.
Draco and Ginny in a dark, post-War romance. Draco stumbles around. Ginny catches him, sort of.Category: Completed Short Stories
Oh dear God. The way you run your words is beyond beautiful. Your writing, I swear, is a work of art, enchanting to the point that I am torn between feeling awed or inadequate. Lovely job, just brilliant. Marcia is a lucky birthday girl.
Lauren
Author's Response: Hello Lauren!
A work of art? Nah, that's pushing it. *laughs* I'm glad you enjoyed this one. It was different, wasn't it? Thanks so much for taking the time to drop by. I appreciate it. -fallenwitch
Harry comes home, and Ginny finds she has to leave.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was really a lovely little story. I kind of wish you would continue it. It's something very different from your usual pieces. Well done.
Author's Response: Thank you. I had this story in the back of my head for a while now, and I finally pulled it together. I'm glad you liked it.
One heartbroken witch, one Death Eater wizard, a dash of Firewhisky and a Muggle pub all add up to a dark and twisted romance with buckets of angst and a shot of humour. “Be careful, Gin. Not only is he a little unbalanced, but he’s also got the worst of the wizarding world out to kill him. Call me if you need me.”Category: Works in Progress
Oh my dear God, you're making me cry. Your Draco is so very similar to mine, and yet he does his thing so much better. Mine, of course, is a bumbling teenager, and yours is an adult. Although, he may still be bumbling. Hmm.
Oh, you're cruel and twisted. And this is certainly one of the better stories. I contually find myself amazed by the phrases you come up with. How lucky I am to learn from such a writer.

Who knew happily-ever-after could have an expiration date? New beginnings are hard, but when they happen in the middle of your life, they're infinitely more so.Category: Works in Progress
I adore this. I was wondering when someone was going to post something that agreed with Deathly Hallows completely (not that I don't enjoy Mynuet or Rainpuddle's version of things :)). I'm looking forward to how you take this, and your Ginny is so very realistic.
Author's Response: *huggles Lunaeyes* Thanks! The total canon agreement means there\'s a fair bit of Ginny-Harry early on, and that\'s not everyone\'s favorite thing around here, but I thought writing a mature relationship for D/G would be a good, solid challenge to help me shake off the horror that was DH: The Epilogue.
Again, I love this. I love that the Harry you create is real, and wants the right things. He's not the bad guy, he's not in an affair, he's in a real life situation, and it's marvelous how you portray that.
I'm looking forward to how they handle the divorce situation, and then how Draco and Ginny strike up a relationship. I'd like to see him be there for her as a friend too. Nice work.
Author's Response: Thank you; I feel there\'s enough fics out there that lay the problems at Harry\'s feet in one form or another. This story\'s got a little bit of my own history in it, so I really wanted the fact that some splits happen because of the little things to come out. Not every relationship ends with a flaming argument and a life-long grudge.
I think you\'ll be pleased with the progression of Draco and Ginny\'s relationship, and I can\'t say more than that without giving it all away.
Lovely. Brilliant as usual. It's nice for the senses, this story. Like being there. But better, because you heat the snarky headtalk. Sigh...Amazing.
I am convinced, now, that every single fairy tale I was read as a child was completely worthless; Fate never intended for me to have a happy ending.Category: Completed Short Stories
*sequel to Scream*
Oooh. Just about made me cry. Almost.
And for the record, only one fic has ever made me cry.
But this was wonderfully crafted. The lines and the imagery and...such accurate feeling you describe is just beautiful. Well done.
Author's Response: Well, then I feel honered with an almost :-) Thank you for your review
In order for Draco to regain control of his assets after the war, he is required to marry. For Draco, this can mean only one witch - Pansy Parkinson. Who, you may ask is the Ministry liason for both Malfoy and Parkinson? Ginny Weasley.Category: Works in Progress
Oh lovely. A very nice was to come to the realization. I'm loving this story, you're writing it very well.
Throughout his childhood, Draco had always been known as "The Prince".Category: Works in Progress
I read bits of The Prince in my Government class a couple years ago and found it fascinating. I look forward to the D/G spin you put on it!
Author's Response: Thank you! :)
Sometimes, you just want to be someone else.Category: Completed Short Stories
A question for you: Who was the first man Draco came into the bar with?
Lovely, by the way.
Author's Response: The first man is supposed to be Blaise Zabini. Maybe, I should add a little post at the end about what he\'s doing.
*DH SPOILERS* Draco and Ginny discover that it is never too late to find true love.Category: Long and Completed
Oh my. So this is what you've been telling me about. It's absolutely captivating thus far, I've never seen anyone with a similar take.
I have to say, I was appalled when she banished the books in the library. I was ready for Draco to yell at and hex her right out of the mansion. Good God.
Thanks for this. I'm anxious to see where you take it.
Author's Response:
Yes, this is it--finally! I'm glad you are enjoying it so far. I'm glad you wanted to yell at Justine--that's exactly what I was hoping for. :) Thank you very much for the review!
You are quite incredible. Dealing with me and real life in addition to this marvel you've been working on? Just how do you do it?
I love Ginny's acceptance of the flattery while still not appreciative of it. And her first impression of Draco was perfect. And I can't forget my favorite: the results of their children's duel. Brilliant.
Author's Response: I'm happy that you picked out those details--they're things I like about the chapter as well. As for how I do it all, it helps that I have a rough draft of the story already finished, so all I have to do is edit. Of course, you can probably imagine what my editing process is like, considering what I put you through! Thanks so much for reading and for the review!
Oh, excellent finishing quote. Just perfect. And I must say that I love your Scorpius, and his comments about Al, and then his contrast in character to Al. Very well done. Bravo.
Author's Response: I'm glad that you like Scorpius, though I can't take full credit for him. He appeared out of nowhere, protesting all the preconceived ideas I had about his character, and insisting that I write him as he was. Thanks for the review!
Lovely, again. I really liked Ginny's thoughts on sarcasm and how it was lost on Harry but appreciated with Draco.
And despite the fact that all of our characters are aged and a little fragile, your ending scene brought us full circle, back to the days of Hogwarts when Draco and Ginny couldn't have possibly had a chance. Things are a little different now, it seems.
Thanks for this chapter. It's spectacular.
Author's Response: I just have this picture in my mind of Ginny making a sarcastic comment, and Harry taking it at face value, but she can't bring herself to tell him, because he is trying to be nice. Draco won't make the same mistake. And yes, things are different in lots of ways now. It's amazing what seventy odd years can do! Thanks, as always, for your thoughtful review!
*Final chapter added* Parenting can be overwhelming, even for wizards. Especially when there are teenagers involved. Draco and Ginny, summoned to Hogwarts for a conference with their children's Head of House, share an interlude neither can forget.Category: Completed Short Stories
This is spectacular. I truly enjoyed it. I know nearly everyone must be saying you should continue it, but it's perfect the way it is. Well done on this one!
Author's Response: Aw, thanks! You always leave me the sweetest reviews. :D
You know, I meant to leave it as is; they\'ve chosen their families, and that\'s the ending I wanted. Bittersweet. But with so many saying the same thing, I\'m going to do one more chapter of letters to tie things up.
Lovely, lovely. Ambiguous is the perfect way to end it. I'm afraid you're going to have just as many, if not more, demands to continue this. You dug yourself a grave all right.
I enjoyed this tremendously. :) Happy New Year.
Were you demanding a clear ending to 'Interlude'? Then this is what you wanted.Category: Completed Short Stories
Haha, of course you wrote one more. I might even bet money that you'd write another if enough people begged/ordered.
I've loved this from the beginning. You did a spectacular job. Although I'm sure everyone wants to know if Ginny really did have another Malfoy...
