"...And just for this moment | As long as you're mine | I've lost all resistance | And crossed some borderline..." Even if it's just for one night, intended hate has turned to love. (HBP Spoiler!)Category: Completed Short Stories
**based off the song by the same title from the Musical Wicked**
Nice story. I especially like the lyrics from Wicked... they fit in very well with Draco & Ginny, and their particular predicament. I've probably listened to that song a couple of dozen times and never really paid any attention to the lyrics. Perfect.
Thanks!
A new game at Hogwarts is meant to develop more Inter-house relationships... but Draco just wants the extra credit.Category: Long and Completed
This is such a fun, sweet, fluffly feel-good story. I hope you haven't abandoned it! I'd love to see how it ends.
Author's Response: Nope. not abandoned! Next chapter on it\'s way! Thanks for reading and reviewing! ;)
*glares at the fluff-haters*
Oh, Jessica!
*breaks for applause, cheers and whistles*
So romantic! So lovely! I loved it to pieces, and it was absolutely worth the wait.
*sigh*
I'm gonna go read it again.
Author's Response: *bows* Thank you so much for the lovely lovely review. I am glad that there are other fluff lovers out there. I realize now that this is super super fluffy -- but I couldn\'t get all angsty... I just couldn\'t. ;) YAY for multiple reads! ;)
AU. Draco Malfoy has an uncommon skill and he offers his services to the Order of the Phoenix to protect his mother. But as his importance to the Order grows, his strength and will slackens. Finally, all Draco wants is peace, but can Ginny Weasley help him find peace with her before he seeks it in the Dark?Category: Works in ProgressThis story takes place after OotP but uses a few elements from HBP.
**And now includes illustrations! Thanks to the rulers of the DG universe, er...the Cabal, for letting me post them here!**
Very nice ending, there. Kind of takes your breath away.
Interesting concept of the transfer of personality traits, that Draco thinks he'll infect Ginny with his badness... though it didn't really take him long to acquiesce, did it? 17 year old boys, and all...
Nice chapter. Looking forward to the next.
Author's Response: Yes, I would imagine it would be really hard for a teenage boy to turn down the offer... ;)
Well.
That was unexpected. Bella is pure, unadulterated E-VIL. Worse than Voldemort, I think.
So she did something to him, gave him something with that kiss, right? Ick. I would not presume to guess.
But I'm hoping for a happily ever after. Or at least a 'no one that I love dies' ever after. Thanks for the update!
Author's Response: Haha, yeah, I was creeped out by Bella when I wrote this! But what the plot demands must be fulfilled... Thanks for reviewing!
Ginny Weasley's life has been turned upside-down, inside-out, and into total madness ... all because of an evil little 3 by 3 inch paper ... D/G, with a side order of Luna/Blaise.Category: Works in Progress
I love this fic, as well as your style of storytelling. Being inside Ginny's head and listening to her thoughts is hysterical! This still has me laughing:
Percy, I love you, but I do not like you. Talk to mum and dad for Christ's sake. Bloody fucktard.
Brilliant. This would make a terrific audio fic by the way, if you're interested. Thanks!
Author's Response:
Oh. My. God. You have no idea how much the fact that you just reviewed means to me. I LOVE your fics. SO much. Knowing that you enjoyed something I wrote makes me giddy with joy !
Hahaha, really , I would love nothing more than an audio-fic, but to be honest I haven't even written the third chapter for this story. Also, I'm kind of surprised these two chapters turned out so well, I'm actually not that great of a writer and it was a total shock that people liked it ! Thanks so much for your review, it means a lot to me, and let me know if you still think it's audio worthy at the end of it :)
Ginny, Harry, and Draco have been leading separate lives for years, but then a disturbing case involving mind manipulation brings them all together. Rows break out, animosity and hatred grow, people die, and friendship is tested. In the midst of all that, is it possible for romance between two unlikely people to bloom?Category: Works in Progress
Horrible woman! That was a great cliffhanger, though. Kudos. Can't wait to read the next chapter!
Five years ago Ginny Weasley disappeared from Harry Potter and the Wizarding World. What happens when she is found, a hidden passion and a forbidden relationship are revealed? [On hiatus]Category: Works in Progress
I don't know what I love more...
-The sassy house elf who doesn't take any crap off of Draco
- The sweet mother figure that swears like a sailor
-Fred and George's dialogue
-Pining, distraught Draco
-Ginny's new haircut
- the way you seemingly effortlessly take us between scenes and forward and backward in time.
Well Done, so far. Really. I like it a lot and can't wait for another update!
Author's Response: thank you very much. it amuses me that Ginny\'s new haircut falls into your love catagory.*giggles* but personally i\'d have to say Tilly because she\'s so much fun to write. thank you very much for taking the time to review. :D
The Second war is over, all ended as it should. Harry Potter defeated the Dark Lord and the world rejoiced. Seven years later Draco Malfoy finds that he must deal with death, love and life all at the same time. Meanwhile Ginny Weasley has made a name for herself in the Wizarding medical career. What happens when two worlds collide with the help of a magazine and a rather determined friend? Can old enemies form bonds of friendship? Can friendship ever become more? Just exactly how well did Ginny’s brothers teach her to fight? And what say does Draco's drug of choice have in all this?Category: Works in Progress
I just love this story! Thanks so much for the update!
Author's Response: Yay! Thank you so much!
When Ginny and Harry get engaged, Draco must finally face his feelings about her... or risk losing her to another wizard.Category: Works in Progress
I just read your recently submitted fic, which was very cute, by the way, but this one is *very* interesting... I love an unsure but yearning Draco, and the fact that you've kept it HBP compliant! I would very much like to see an update, if you haven't given up on it!
Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy have always been enemies. What will happen when they end up in a place where no one knows of their family rivalry?Category: Long and Completed
Oh, now that's just mean, Extreme Dancer.
A very short, but very good chapter.
Author's Response: I know :D
SEQUEL TO DRAGON AND ANGEL. Draco and Ginny return from their honeymoon ready to live happily ever after, but their vast differences in background and family values make for an interesting start to their married life. Add Draco's inexperience with pregnant women and the stage is set for hilarity, confusion and embarrassment.Category: Works in Progress
I was just thinking about this story yesterday and voila! Today it's updated. (Like magic...)
Always fun to read one of your chapters... I thought the whole Drake spilling the beans in the parlour scenario was very amusing and Lucius' reaction well placed. It softens him to see that he has emotions that aren't under strict control. Can't wait for Ginny to try to draw Narcissa out. THAT will be worth the wait.
Thanks for the update!
Author's Response: Thanks! I must have been reading your mind ;) Poor Lucius, it\'s not often he loses control of his emotions, but his grandson has the power to make him forget his stiff upper lip and all that ;) Ginny may very well rue the day she decided to try and draw Narcissa out *g*
Your chapters are always worth the wait! There were so many things that I liked... I loved how Drake was so protective of Ginny, the perfect little gentleman. The much anticipated conversation between Ginny and Narcissa was delightful; she's not such a bad mother-in-law, Ginny could do a lot worse! I love that Draco was such a happy drunk; "Nighty night" sent me into fits of giggles. Siccing Angel on a hungover Draco was just horrid, although really no less than he deserved; and I can symathize with his swearing to the tiles... I really can. Two more lines had me giggling, that she was "keeping him alive for her own amusement" (rather like the cat who plays with the mouse before eating it), and Lucius' "It may pay to advertise when you're single..." Both priceless! Thanks for a delightful morning of reading!
Author's Response: Thank you :) Drake is very protective of his mother. Narcissa isn\'t bad for a MIL and Ginny should be thankful. Draco did deserve everything he got and some for coming home in such a state and then making a mess like that.
Ah! First class, as per usual! One of your chapters is lke another author's entire story... They're very satisfying and always worth the wait!
Author's Response: Thank you *blushes*
Another fabulous chapter! What can shake the Weasley boys' world? Molly getting sick. It's sweet that she loves all her boys so much, including Draco.
I'd like to see Draco's reaction to putting signs in the corridors of his home.
Thanks, it was a wonderful read!
Author's Response: Thank you :) Molly does love her boys and she must have them close to her. We know Ginny wouldn\'t say such a thing to Draco, but Ron is certainly not above giving his opinion ;)
Oh, Dragonsangel! From beginning to end, a fantastic chapter! I giggled a LOT at all of the men getting sloshed and the women making fun of them. Poor Draco will have to pay for his behavior eh? Lovely! Thanks for the very satisfying update!
Author's Response: Thank you *g* When men get sloshed we\'re supposed to make fun of them, aren\'t we? *smirk* Draco will most certainly pay for his behavior, but he does have a little ammunition up his sleeve as well ;)
*Completely AU* In a world where Voldemort was never defeated, only a few things matter: pureblood, money and power. All that Ginny Weasley wanted was to survive her 7 years at Hogwarts, a school where the children of the richest and most powerful wizards dominate over others. Denying her natural instincts, she managed to make it into her 6th year without offending any of the cruel and powerful Slytherins - especially that horrible Draco Malfoy. Until one day, she crosses a line, and her peaceful existence is shattered forever. A story filled with adolescent drama, clash of the classes, angst, jealousy, ridiculous pride and love triangles (and squares).Category: Works in Progress
I think I can forgive you for being the "worst updater ever" when the chapter is so long! It was a very satisfying read; I really liked it. A very sweet nature in Ginny revealed when his sickness brings out her maternal side... and then she acts like and idiot and says she can't have anything more to do with him... well, that's just too bad, because she'll have to go and take care of him on his sickbed. Or whatever else you have worked in to the plot will be fine, really. Thanks for the great update.
When -- You-- It-- I--
SQUEE!
Can't form thoughts. So good.
Thanks!
Ginny catches Harry with another woman. What will she do for revenge?Category: Works in Progress
Ah, Ginny, how we love you.
This was a wonderful chapter! I enjoyed Ginny getting some of her own back, and I really enjoy it when stroppy cows get their comeuppance. Now, for the night after the ball! YAY!
Author's Response: Thank you. The night after the ball should be entertaining. I'll post asap.
No! They were going Christmas shopping! And he was helping her with Hermione's bracelet! The ball! She had DRAWERS...
*tries not to pout*
Really, though, I love an AU D/G fic without all of the EVIL cluttering up a perfectly good snogging story. I'm especially fond of Gin and Pansy having an afternoon of beauty together. That, and "the wall" and the "tea cozies" and the syrup. Hermione's line (in ch. 7, maybe?) "Honestly. You're Draco Malfoy. Can't you just sneer and threaten..." I laughed hard.
Fun story. Looking forward to the next chapter!
Author's Response: Thank you. Please don\'t pout. It will all work out in the end. I like a Draco who isn\'t evil too. It\'s hard to lust after a man who might torture and kill your family. It just seems wrong.
I must say that I am somewhat pacified by the turn of events in Chapter 10. And it's nice that they've backed up a bit and she won't be living with Draco for a while.
The baby thing wasn't real, right? Just one of Trelawney's misses, right?
Whatever the case, I'm enjoying this very much. The Pansy/Blaise stuff, too. Can't wait till they're all dressed up at the Christmas ball together!
Author's Response: This will not be an \'oops, we have to get married\' kind of story. Ginny is having a new life with Draco as a couple. I\'m glad you are enjoying it. The Christmas Ball will be fun.
"looking for a flat surface to throw him down on..." *gigglesnort*
Thanks for the update.
Author's Response: I made you laugh. Yipee!
Thanks for the review.
You know, I've gotta say, I love a good story without all of the *evil* cluttering it up, sometimes! This was a fun family dinner chapter... I really enjoyed the part about Lucius glaring down his beak at Fred & George. If anyone could, it's him.
Author's Response: Thank you. I like a lighter fic every once in a while too.
That was a really cool idea with the catalogue!
My family makes candy cane cookies every Christmas, too! Red and white dough twisted together! YAY!
Blaise said that pansy was his girlfriend. Ha. Love it. I cannot wait for the ball. Wonderful Chapter. Thanks.
Author's Response: Thank you. I think everyone should make candy cane cookies. Blaise is getting it together. Pansy has fought the good fight. The ball is up next. :)
*big smile*
*sigh*
Yay.
