If I wasn't crabby before I tried on 40 pairs of pants that didn't fit, I was in a supremely foul mood afterwards. (Apparently if you don't want ultra low rise skin tight pants then you are out of luck.) So, finding your review made my day. *Sigh* I do agree Draco and icing or chocolate is the stuff that fantasies are made of. I was having a really crappy day[my teacher in college told me i failed a test and i after much begging i get to do another one on wednesday] so i was really pissed when i got home, then i saw this and just the title made me smile, when i saw you had written, i just NEEDED to read it because i knew it would be great, so i showered and pampered myself, got a pint of ice cream and came to read this...It was love!

He wore a plain black t-shirt, the short sleeves drawing attention to his biceps. His hair was cut short, more than likely to prevent him from getting too hot.

Before Ginny knew what was happening, Draco’s lips were on her own. His tongue ran along the seam of her lips, plunging into her mouth. It was as if Draco had not had water in his many days in the desert, and Ginny was his water supply. He ravished her lips, his tongue moving along hers, exploring her mouth like he, no doubt, explored the desert. Her hands wrapped around his neck, and she leaned further into the kiss, only pulling away when she felt his hand reach down to touch her bum.

And the Draco's are similar because Kim and me were doing a challenge of sorts to have Draco working in the desert, and Ginny walking through it in heels. She wrote hers almost as soon as we assigned the challenge. But I took a bit longer. -_- Thanks for the review.
Well, i dunno who put that challenge up, but i LOOOVED this Draco and Ginny, they reminded me of Lois Lane and Oliver Green from Smallville.

He continued. “But there is one tradition of theirs that I can't find any fault with.”
“Um, which one is that?” she asked automatically, her mind too dizzy to realize what she was actually saying.
Which was fine for Draco. He liked his women a little dizzy. His mere presence usually caused their heads to empty and their hearts to flutter, and one good smoldering stare sent them fainting into his arms—just where he liked them to be.
Draco reached above her again, plucking something straight off of the tree and tapping her on the head with it.
“Mistletoe.”
Ginny had just enough time to see the piece of mistletoe in his hand before his lips connected with hers. As his arms wrapped around her, tugging her body against his chest, they both figured that some Muggle traditions were worth practicing.
I realize i copied most of the fic here, an it was a huge effort seeing as i wanted to copy from the moment he whispered in her ear.

then she would slap him and he would leave in a huff or she wouldn't control her weasley temper and would simply punch him and give him a blood nose what would lead them inside for some pain reliefing potion and a mending spell, plus an apologie from bothsides[she wuld demand one from him].
then maybe they would get on mor civil terms and would schedulle a meeting finally after one or two chapters we would hae a real date, proposed by him and then a chaste kiss from hi[to see her acceptancy] then a fiery kiss such as this one from both.

anyway, i liked that you decided to cut all that and go stright for the kiss, after all the title DOES say passion.
I was wondering though...how would you feel about changing the rating to extremely naughty?
I was just thinking about what a kiss between them could lead to...considering the title i'm expecting a scene wherre she'll be throughly snogged and nearly shagged in his affice amongst[more lke on top of] parchments.
So, as i'm not familiar with any other work you've done[if you have other fics posted somewhere else],i was wondering if you could change the rating, because really, it's infuriating to see them getting clothes off and kissing all the way to the waist line and then go into the next morning or say they "made love" or "had a night of passion" or suh a rot.

she had removed her robes and heels while she cooked, rolling up the sleeves of her white dress shirt. The topmost buttons of her shirt were undone, giving Draco a glimpse of her creamy flesh. Her shiny red hair was falling around her face in gentle curls.
The alcohol made his vision blur slightly and she looked almost angelic. He wanted to reach out and touch her face, but was afraid the action would break the spell she seemed to have over him.
“What about the youngest Weasley?” he whispered. “Is she happy?”
NOT BREATHING!

THIS is the kind of scene that even when a kiss DOESN't happen, it's totally worth living!
Just the rush of of having him look at her, aprasing her whole body.
Then he goes and says something like this!
I can't believe she's still breathing!
only under the infkuence of alcohol she would be able to take this without melting or throwing herself at him!
“You’re surrounded by people, but you’re lonely.You have the things you always wanted, but you’re lonely. You lie down at night, and you’re alone. I know, because it’s how I feel as well,” she said in a voice so low he had to lean towards her to hear.

It's nice to see them as equals instead of completely different people.
They understand each other and know how they feel.
I think it's great!
Everything was fuzzy and he knew it was hopeless to try to make sense of anything. The close proximity of her body was doing things to his mind, or maybe it was the alcoholic haze, or her scent. Or the way her impossibly soft hand lightly brushed his cheek, or the way she stole his breath when she pulled his head down to her smooth lips.

GGRRRREAT chapter, loved almost everything about it
Scratch that, i loved everything aboutit, excpet the fact that Arthur gave Gin a TV and Draco just sat there watching it, the pasta sauce is not my favorite either...THe cliff got me crazy for more, but that's not exaclty a bad thing.
