I think that you are a really great writer. Even though this chapter was extremely disturbing, you made this character seem real and you made me believe he could grow up into this monster he has become. I loved this chapter. You had a bunch of funny little points in it without it being over the top or seeming like you were trying to hard. It was just perfect. I also love how Ginny acted in this chapter. But I do have a problem with you. You made me get the song "Baby Got Back" stuck in my head because of the "Why don't I just call you Sir Smirks a Lot?" line. It is driving me crazy. =)

Author's Response: OOC is a way of life when writing D/G stories, so I won't take that to heart. Also, any story that has Draco tolerating Muggles, reforming his ways, going over to the side of the light, renouncing Voldemort, and/or not tormenting Harry maliciously at every turn are also totally and completely out of character, and, unless JKR takes a swan dive into fandom, they will never be Canon. That is one reason D/G fics are open to so much interpretation -- because we have amazingly little in Canon to really go on if we want Draco and Ginny to be in love, shag, and have babies. Anyhow, I'm glad you like the story. The next update will be up on Sunday.

I don't usually read that much Draco & Ginny poetry but I thought this was quite interesting. I really enjoyed reading it. Sidenote: I just wanted to tell you that I know some people did not exactly love how you...used some terms to get across how they play this game with one another but I am really open minded and I liked your not so conventional take on this. I know most people only want to read sunshine and roses type of poetry but I think you were brave not writing it like many others do.
