Ginny and Hermione are tired of being dowdy, dateless losers. What are two intelligent girls to do? Why, do some research and formulate a plan. Snape cooks! Goyle cowers! Fun is had. D/G and R/H, written before OotPCategory: Long and Completed
This is amazing, it deserves to be one of the most popular stories! I love your characterisation, though I still don't see Ginny as being tall. (I can't access the picture by the way, is there an alternative link?) I loved the puzzle pomegranate, great idea!
10 years after the end of the war, Draco returns to England determined to reclaim his place. Unwittingly, Ginny becomes caught up in the affairs and intrigues of House Malfoy...Category: Long and Completed
I'm planning to read all of this, but I had to tell you how much I like the bit about the blood vow and Draco hearing it!
Sometimes the secrets that are kept are worth remembering.Category: Completed Short Stories
This is fantastic, it's an amazing backstory which explains the rivalry so well! I love the inscription on the tombstone as well. Thanks!
Author's Response: Part of the reason why it worked so well is that I actually wrote the backstory first. :) As I wrote it, I realized that there had to be a parallel contemporary story, too, and that's where the rest of the story came from. I'm glad it worked so well for you. :D
Sixth year brings with it strange magic, strange people, and strange revelations. It is only by accident that things don’t turn out worse than they do, since Voldemort is back and has some ancient magic at his disposal...Category: Long and Completed
This story should have a lot more reviews than it does. You write incredibly well, but also manage to juggle a complicated plot and make up an additional character who doesn't jar, but fits nicely into the Potterverse. I enjoyed the development of Draco's character throughout because he started out similar to way he is in canon but doesn't have such a swift unbelievable change of heart. You have clearly caught every nuance of the changing emotions and motivations of the characters. Finally I'm so glad you didn't kill off that many people, I find fics which start with the killing of most of the Weasley family and anyone else who is expendable just too sad! Thank you!
Author's Response: This story lived in my head a little bit before I started writing it, so that probably helped with the realism. The characters all felt real to me, and they all grew over the course of the story. Since they felt so real, I couldn't kill them off, either. :D As for Regina... she was a plot device that refused to die. :)
Six Weasley brothers represent the Sun; Silver Snake,i.e. Draco, represents the Moon. For centuries a feud was between the two deities, but all this changes with the arrival of a fiery star, a sister - Ginny.Category: Poetry
I loved this, I don't normally read poetry as a lot of it is too forced, but this is beautiful.
AU. Draco Malfoy has an uncommon skill and he offers his services to the Order of the Phoenix to protect his mother. But as his importance to the Order grows, his strength and will slackens. Finally, all Draco wants is peace, but can Ginny Weasley help him find peace with her before he seeks it in the Dark?Category: Works in ProgressThis story takes place after OotP but uses a few elements from HBP.
**And now includes illustrations! Thanks to the rulers of the DG universe, er...the Cabal, for letting me post them here!**
Please update soon, this is great! I like the illustrations too. I can't wait to find out the truth behind the links to Alice and the constellations.
Ginny catches Harry with another woman. What will she do for revenge?Category: Works in Progress
I love this story, especially the defensive arts fireballs! I hope the Christmas Ball chapter is put up soon, and I can't wait to find out what Ginny thinks of the bracelet. I have one very small criticism- there are a couple of Americanisms, I only noticed them because I'm English, they are not that obvious. I also like the other relationships portrayed in this fic especially Pansy and Blaise!
Author's Response: Thank you for the review. I sent the next chapter off to be beta\'s a bit ago. Hopefully she can wade through my comma errors and send it back soon. (Damn Commas) I like P/B in this story. I could see doing a fic with just them at some point.
*COMPLETE* Destiny knew better than to bring these two together. One man, determined to draw back an errant Malfoy, is not so wise, and Ginny soon finds herself caught up in events that are not quite Fate.Category: Long and Completed
I love this story. I could gush about it for days but instead I will just say...please update soon!
Four men whose destiny was bound before they were born, four men who will become the brotherhood, natural born killers sworn to protect the populace. Their lives will intertwine with two higher level demons who are oath bound to protect their daughters. Old friendships are tested as new alliances are formed, the world as it was will never be again.Category: Works in Progress
This is great, please keep updating! I love your characterisation of Ron, it's not so OOC to be unbelievable, but he's not going as red as a tomato with rage every page!
Author's Response: Thanks :) I figure if the guy is smart enough to beat a huge chess board at aged 11, there has to be more to him than just juvenile rage. I\'m not a fan of raging Ron.
I adore this story, it is rapidly becoming one of my favourites! I'm still loving Ron (please put more Draco in or I may have to transfer allegiance, it's that well written!) I'm trying to stop myself looking it up on ff.net! Thank you!
Author's Response: Thank you, I\'m glad it\'s enjoyable for you. You will see more of Draco soon, he is part of the brotherhood and the brotherhood is the central plot line. I\'m glad Ron has been taken to so well, I enjoy writing him as he is.
Looking it up on ff.net won\'t work anymore, I took it down. The story has changed so much from what it was, the spoilers would\'ve done nothing but confuse the readers.
Ever since Ginny could remember, a little voice in her head has told her what to do. Who is behind the voice, and how will it lead her to Draco?Category: Works in Progress
This is so clever, I can't wait to see where you are going with it.
Author's Response: Thank you. I am hoping to add more once I wrap up some other things.
Ginny and Draco are assigned to be partners in a cooking class. When they spill a pan full of chocolate cake batter, interesting things ensue.Category: Long and Completed
That last paragraph is priceless! I love it!
Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you liked it.
After a 'Woman's Ban' is put on the war, Ginny Weasley runs away to fight. Disguising herself as a man, she joins Camp Firmus Adstringo. Will she survive as a soldier when her commander is the love of her life Draco Malfoy? (Repost from FF.net)Category: Works in Progress
I loved this idea, so I went and read the rest on ff.net! It's really good, but easier to read now that your beta has sorted out little errors! Please write more stories, this is an amazing plot.
What really went on at the Ministry after Ginny left Draco on Azkaban? Find out in this companion fic to *Keeping Christmas on the Death Train.* Lots of Pansy/Neville smut (oh, don't look at me like that,) Millicent/Blaise, references to Blaise/Everybody, and D/G, of course.Category: Works in Progress
I really love your portrayal of Millicent in this story and it's nice to get a "Christmas on the Death Train" fix as well! As always, looking forward to updates.
Set just before Threads and right between it and Musubiya Mystery Theatre, a young Slytherin finds himself at a crossroads as to what to do with his life following the end of Voldemort's reign of terror. He redeems himself and finds new love in the process by way of a most unusual event: Hogwarts' participation in the European Junior Quidditch League.Category: Works in Progress
What a fantasic chapter, well done!
Sometimes, protection comes at a price we are unable to endure.Category: Completed Short Stories
I love your stories! I really enjoyed this but I hope you do carry it on as I am a definite fan of happy endings and Ginny and Seamus just doesn't do it for me ;) I like your characterisation of Ginny, it's very real and not artificial, you also haven't made Draco into anything other than a Malfoy, great work!
Ginny has a moment of abject stupidity. Now what is she supposed to do?Category: Long and Completed
CCC, I think I might love you... seriously, this fic was just what I needed at the moment. It really made me giggle, especially Luna getting Blaise to take off his pants! Thank you!
Draco finds himself spending obscene amounts of time with Ginny Weasley, thanks to Blaise and his love for drama and hatred of boredom.Category: Works in Progress
I sniggered out loud when Draco announced how sexy they were, luckily only my cat heard me! Great story so far, really enjoying it!
Author's Response: Haha thank you! The line just seemed fitting.
