Here to satisfy the impeccable affinity for white-blond-silver meets red-chocolate-freckles. :) If you'd like to see my fics, art, recommendations for fics and authors, or general HP-related links and etc, please check out the Memories section of my livejournal. I'm currently working on a few stories. The more feedback a fic gets, the more swiftly the inspiration flows, and the faster I'll put up a new chapter. I also love alluding to cool people, especially enthusiastic reviewers. (For a mortifyingly apt example of this tendency, check out the fifth chapter of "Ginny Weasley and the Online Date.") Nerdiness is uber-cool. :oD

hehehe Absolutely charming, in a wise[cracking] and witty fashion. I adore your capable Draco and classy Ginny. :oD
Author's Response: Snark is my true love, and I\'m glad my take on Draco and Ginny\'s characters in this resonate well. :)
eee!! I know this story was finished via the Mail Order Bride bit, but this version on D&G is even more stellar -- great job fleshing out the pieces! Are you going to continue this superb development? :)
Ginny knows Draco's patterns better than anyone, but she finds that some days, people just surprise you.Category: Completed Short Stories
Awwwwwwww... This was so sweet, but in quite an intelligently written sort of way. I liked the logic, and the in-character-ness, and Ginny's strong and definitely "girl" character. Kudos! :)
A silly Draco and Ginny fairy tale.Category: Completed Short Stories
haha I've read this before, but I just chanced upon it again. It gives me a fuzzy feeling in my tummy. hehehe Good stuffs. :)
She would not look at him. She would not talk to him. And she would certainly never speak to him again. Being a slightly temperamental red head, Ginny Weasely had no problems playing with fire, and instead had been burned by dry ice.Category: Completed Short Stories
One-shot inspired by Thalia's Pleasure and Pain.
The poem weaving through was silky in a bittersweet way, and perfect for the story. Great job! :)
Category: Long and CompletedRomance for three couples when Blaise and Luna use Shakespearean styled matchmaking to hook up Ginny and Draco. There's Much Ado about...something!
Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill award for Best Romance- Non Canon on Mugglenet* Written before the HBP, this tale presents an alternate sixth year in which Dumbledore lives, Draco is more than a foil to Harry, and Blaise Zabini is a girl. I hope readers who ship Draco/Ginny will enjoy the story which includes dancing with faeries, Celtic and Norse mythology, school holidays in London and Spain, and loads of fantasy and romance. "Is this a kissing book?" (to quote the Princess Bride) Yes, it is.*
Aww -- I'm an ardent admirer of alliteration, as well. hehe Well done! :)
Author's Response: And an able alliliteration user as well! Aw, I heart you for that! :)
Voldemort has been defeated and Harry and Draco have become reluctant friends. 'His Girl' features a lovesick Harry, a calm and collected Ron, a Hermione that drools over anything male and Slytherin, and a very sexually frustrated Ginny Weasley. When you throw in an after Quidditch party, an illicit love potion, and a couple of threesomes, you have a Hogwarts like you've never seen before! Book six is completely disregarded.Category: Long and Completed
haha I've read this before, but this time, I've realized that it's somewhat similar to "A Midsummer Night's Dream" -- albeit more witty in the contemporary sense. Ron here is quite OOC, but I can't help liking this version of all of your characters. Well done! :)
In the midst of a very unique Halloween Ball, Draco will forever change the careful, unspoken understanding between himself and Ginny Weasley.Category: Completed Short Stories
Aww... That was warm and fuzzy, with just a touch of sweet lyric. Descriptions here were quite good, and the characters were believable. Good job! :)
Draco gets caught red-handed.Category: Completed Short Stories
A Halloween Hogwarts era jumbo-size D/G drabble.
Aww! haha It would've been totally cheesey, but I was really looking forward to a line like, "You stole my pumpkin, so I stole a kiss." :oP hehe Very cute jumbo drabble. :)
Even if he only got a glimpse of her flame-coloured hair around a corner, it was enough. Enough to keep him breathing. Alive.Category: Works in Progress
Disclaimer: Harry Potter and all of the characters in his world are the property of J.K. Rowling and multiple movie companies and publishing houses. They get all of the money, I only get the pleasure of *breathy sigh* using Draco.
Aiiieee -- the walk of shame. haha I think I almost did, but then I made the guy drive me home. College, man... hehe Your fic's full of fun times, and cute conversations. Well done! :)
Author's Response: Thank ya!
What happens when a potions explosion coincides with Ginny's annual, self-imposed trip to the infirmary? Sometimes when you don't know who you're talking to, prejudices are laid aside, and you get to know the person behind the family. This is a response to the November challenge of "infirmary" on the FIA forums.Category: Completed Short Stories
Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter or anything associated with him/them/it. Please don't sue me.
Aww... this was super cute, w/o being cloyingly so. Kudos! :)
Author's Response: Thank you. I tend to choke on too much sweetness...
No matter how much we try to deny ourselves, there is no resisting. The thought is always there, that little inkling of curiosity, the appeal of the forbidden.Category: Completed Short Stories
Definitely naughty, indeed. :) And just enough angst/mystery to be intriguing. Good stuffs. ^_^
When one life ends, another begins.Category: Completed Short Stories
! -- Interesting idea. You've got a lot of mysteries popping up, and just enough intrigue to keep it interesting w/o being overly confusing. ^_^
Author's Response: thanks!! =)
A silly drabble about what would inevitably happen if Harry and Ginny ever got (God forbid) married. Anyone expecting intricate plotting or vast character development will be disappointed, but leather pants are involved, however tangentially.Category: Completed Short Stories
hahaha You, dear author, can be such a tumultuous odd duck. And lyrical depth-inspiring angsty. Variety is the spice of life! :)
A post-HBP Christmas fic. Christmas is a time for new beginnings and whether the gift is great or small, sometimes it is enough to change the course of a life.Category: Completed Short Stories
Aww... this was lovely and heart-touching. I especially liked "Blessings aren't linear; they come back around in one form or another." Well done. :)
Author's Response: I\'m so glad it was touching without being overly-sappy. The blessings line was added at about one a.m., when I was bleary with sleepiness, but it worked out okay, I guess. ;)
Written for the 2006 DG_Smutakkah fic exchange. It hasn’t always been an easy road for them, but sometimes it takes getting really good and lost to find the way home again.Category: Long and Completed
I loved this sentence:
The gobsmacked look on his face and the way he tried, quite unsuccessfully, for minutes after the kiss ended to form a coherent sentence was most certainly one of her very best memories.
hehe Great work, and a very good idea. I like the old /and/ new portions of each chapter, and, while reading, I look forward to the phrase from the beginning. It's a good style. :)
Author's Response: *snicker* It did rather set the mood. It was fun playing with the structure of this one. Of late, I find myself fascinated with how structure can help tell the story. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! ~Ves
"It was a war, and he was determined to see her back down first." ~ Written for the D/G smutakkah 2006.Category: Completed Short Stories
Awww!!! Super cute. I especially liked:
Peki - Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better
http://www.dracoandginny.com/viewstory.php?sid=5052
("It was a war, and he was determined to see her back down first." ~ Written for the D/G smutakkah 2006.) Draco as a journalist, and Ginny as his competition.
(And most importantly, he hated to share, especially since the one he had to share with was that freckled little blood traitor Weasley. Sure, she had an amusingly snappy writing style, and she didn’t mince words, and yes, in the privacy of his own mind, he was ready to admit that she was one sexy witch, but other than that she was totally overrated. And as co-workers went, she was a nightmare.)
And:
...she looked just about ready to explode, like a tiny, temperamental firecracker, the kind that burst with an extra-loud bang.
Explosions, galore! :) hehehe Quite the hotness. :)
Award-winning fic from the D/G Fic Exchange on LJ. "His body lies cold and still beside her; his mouth is open, an O, and his hair is drying, feathery, in wisps, over his closed eyes. That fair skin; that nearly white hair. Dead, he looks so young...."Category: Long and Completed
The dark and tragic story of a journey Under...based on the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.
Mmm... this was such a beautiful fic! hehe I'm honored to have written a story for such a fantastic author, and I'm glad you liked "Unraveling." In your story, I /loved/ the believability of such a burning, as well as your artistic interweaving of italics. Well done! :)
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I\'m glad you appreciated the italics...I screwed up the coding in my Exchange submission, so it\'s such a relief to have that all prettified over here! *sigh of relief* Thank you for reviewing, and thanks, again, for my beautiful piece! *swoons* :-)
Maybe not always happily, and ever isn't guaranteed, but the story of Draco and Ginny definitely continues after the marriage.Category: Works in Progress
Aww... I don't ordinarily read married!D&G stories, but I absolutely loved this one. 'Twas sweet and sassy and cute and curt, in the wonderful way that you write DG. :)
...Eek! And thanks for the review! I'm in grad school now, and our finals are in the next two weeks, but I'll try to finish it this summer. Any ideas you've got, for continuation / storyline, would be much appreciated. :oD
Author's Response: I\'ve got finals this coming week, but after that, we\'ll see what we can see. You write some cute stories, and I particularly liked the premise of the Online D8, but you stopped as it was getting good! Email me when you\'re done with finals and I\'d be happy to help you plot the rest of the story.
Draco and Ginny find that there are many complications when love blossoms during war.Category: Long and Completed
hehe Awww -- this was sweet and sassy and cute and quirky. I love the banter you've written!
A rumor about Draco Malfoy is going around Hogwarts and Ginny must discover if there is truth to it. (Formerly titled, Ginny Weasley and the Slytherin's Trouser Snake.)Category: Completed Short Stories
Favorite lines:
[Perhaps if he weren’t such a humongous prick, he’d almost be dateable.
She frowned, reminding herself that it was his humongous prick that had gotten her into this mess in the first place. ]
and
[“I shall invest in suspenders.”]
hehehe Awesomeness. :)
Non-connected drabbles from varied D/G prompts, which aren't long enough to post separately.Category: Completed Short Stories
hahahaha These are absolutely superb -- quick and clever. You pack a lot of power in your punch, Myn. :oD
D/G cliche love.Category: Essays
hehe I'm sure you've already seen it, but you might want to check out Mynuet's "Cliche Fic of Doom": http://www.dracoandginny.com/viewstory.php?sid=2771&warning=2
I enjoyed your list -- and I'm probably guilty of quite a few of these, squee-rific though they might be. hehe :) Goooo, D&G!
You know how girlfriends are- they manoeuvre you into doing the stupidest things. That's how I ended up sleeping with Draco Malfoy. Sure, you could say that the actual sleeping part was my fault, but they led me down the path, damn it.Category: Long and Completed
haha At the end there, I totally expected the exchange to be:
Ginny: "I don't think --"
Draco: "Right. Don't think."
hehe ^_^ Very clever.
When Ginny is compelled to do her duty for the Order she gets much more than she ever bargained for.Category: Works in Progress
Awww... how very sweet. I especially enjoyed the "I'll hex your naughty bits" and imagining Harry's constipated look. hehe And mmm... Draco would probably look adorable in huge lumberjack attire, eh? :oD hehe ^_^
Author's Response: Thanks! Just remember Ginny is an equal opportunity hexer :)
