Gorgeous, stunning. I really loved the mood you created. The last line and the summary, in particular, are perfect.
How did one round of beer lead to Draco and Ginny being here, on this bed of sand in Montego Bay?Category: Completed Short Stories
Great story, and I didn't find it overly confusing. Yes, when the past/present change initially took place, but I thought you made it very clear, and my confusion came from my not expecting the change, rather than any failing in your writing. I too, wonder how they got to Jamaica, but hey, magic! Exquisitely written, as have been all of your stories -- I can't wait to read the rest. Keep up the great work.

Judging by the date this fic was posted, I suspect my plea is futile, but please do continue it!

Great little fic. However, I found the inconsistent verb tenses -- the use of both the past and present tense almost randomly throughout the piece, even within a single sentence -- were very distracting, and took me out of the story. But otherwise, a very good story; I especially liked the tone, and the impassive observer angle.
Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy are stuck together at the Order Headquarters. Will they find friendship? Something more? DGCategory: Works in Progress
Just spent the last few hours reading this from the beginning - you've kept me up far later than any responsible person should be on a work night. But I couldn't stop reading, wanting to know what happened next!
Obviously I am loving it - the growing relationship between Draco and Ginny, the suspense of the plot. when I got to the last chapter and realized out want the end, so many feelings: happiness there would be more (hopefully a lot more), frustration that I would have to wait, and sheer anticipation.
Please update soon!
One-shot. The war has finally ended, but there are still entanglements to work out, especially between Draco Malfoy and Ginny Weasley.Category: Completed Short Stories
A one shot?!? I must protest -- this is the perfect start to a long fic: how does Ginny react? What happens to Draco in Italy? How does he try to move on? What brings them back together? I would love to see Ginny repentent and chasing Draco, finally wearing him down, unlike so, so many fics that are the other way 'round.
Author's Response: As I\'ve mentioned earlier, I had plans for continuing this fic that I\'m afraid will not come to fruitation. However, if you\'re curious about what I had planned, you are welcome to email me. Thanks for reviewing! I also like the idea of Ginny doing the chasing too - but I\'ve done or contemplated both sides.
Written for the 2006 DG_Smutakkah fic exchange. It hasn’t always been an easy road for them, but sometimes it takes getting really good and lost to find the way home again.Category: Long and Completed
Nice little story, but it seems you may have rushed the last two chapters out -- your verbs go back and forth between the past and present tense almost randomly. Other than that, a well-thought-out, well-written story.
Author's Response: Drat! That would be a product of an earlier version. I thought I had caught most of those but thanks for letting me know it needs another edit! Glad you enjoyed it! ~Ves
Award-winning fic from the D/G Fic Exchange on LJ. "His body lies cold and still beside her; his mouth is open, an O, and his hair is drying, feathery, in wisps, over his closed eyes. That fair skin; that nearly white hair. Dead, he looks so young...."Category: Long and Completed

This is my attempt to correct some of the wrongs...
Brava! Thanks so much for counteracting the tacked-on, unnecessary, petty, trite, intellectually condescending piece of crap jkr foisted on us. And thanks for doing it in such a Dallas-rrific way!
Five witches agree to an unusual wager: to be the last in their group to marry.Category: Works in Progress
What a great start! I love that you've found a believable way to throw together characters who would never otherwise have any relationship with one another. This certainly looks like it'll be an interesting story, and a different one. Can't wait to read the rest!
Valentine's Day brings a surprise, but not the one Ginny was hoping for.Category: Works in Progress
Great, fun start -- love the cherubs! Maybe I missed something, but I don't understand why Ginny started discussing Hermione's views on contraceptive clamps when Draco asked Ginny if she'd heard from Hermione. That small wrinkle aside, this looks like it will be a very enjoyable story.
Author's Response: Thank you. I\'ll have to go check that part.
Fantastic! Write more, soon -- you took far too long since the last chapter! And is it weird to say I rather like Pansy in this story?

First in the 'His' trilogy
If this really is your first fic, then you absolutely *must* continue to write! This is a great piece -- a unique take on the predictable "good girl/bad boy" theme, with a tone that's true to the characters. I hope to see more from you, and soon!
Author's Response: Thank you so much, I\'m very glad you liked it. :) I wasn\'t actually planning on continuing, but it seems that I will be anyway, lol. There should be a companion coming soon, I\'m just waiting for it to get approved right now.

Simple and devestating. Lovely. I'm very glad you decided to keep on writing, and look forward to anything else you do in the future.
Author's Response: That was exactly what I was going for. I hadn\'t honestly planned to keep writing, but I keep thinking of more ideas, so I guess I\'m going to keep writing. :) The Prequel is definitely happenening, though it\'s probably still over a week away. Thank you for the review and I\'m glad you liked the story.
Scorpius Malfoy's parents were never around, and left him in the care of his nanny, Ginny Weasley. He grew up blissfully under her care, brought up with the Weasley ideals of courage, honor, and loyalty. Then when he turns 7, his father comes home, and Scorpius' simple world falls apart.Category: Works in Progress
Great start! I'm not usually a fan of first-person narratives, but this is working, a testament to how well you're pulling it off. And judging by some of your responses to other reviews, you're going to make us suffer more, and worse; please just make it worth it in the end! ;)
Author's Response: Thank you!! I actually don\'t usually write first-person, either. But somehow it seemed appropriate for Scorpius\' voice and for his story. As for the suffering...well...I\'ll do my best to make it worth it!

Ooh, I sense a little Shakespearean cross-dressing love story coming... great start, can't wait to see what comes next!
Nineteen years after the Deathly Hallows, Harry and Ginny are married but their eldest son is just twelve years old. This story is about those missing seven years: six of which Ginny spent slapping, snogging and falling in love with Draco Malfoy.Category: Works in Progress
Fantastic start -- can't wait to see where you take us with your story, although I of course don't like the end we all know is coming!
Selling herself into a marriage contract, Ginny finds herself playing a deadly game, ultimately pitting her husband against her lover and a father against his son. Yes, I know, the story has been "complete" for a couple of years, but this ending has been partially written for a long time and it ties up some loose ends.
Fantastic and unique premise! And nicely written, too. Can't wait to see what comes next!

What an original, fantastic premise!! Can't wait to see where this goes.
That was great! Loved the completely unique premise, and your writing. I really liked how you made Draco & Ginny's relationship start and develop quite believably. Thanks, and keep writing!
