Part 1 of 2 in the Homecoming series. After coming face to face with the Dark Lord, Draco has second thoughts about the Death Eaters and flees to Hogwarts. There he finds sanctuary, an unlikely friend, and an alarmingly ambiguous future. Rated R for swears, just in case.Category: Long and Completed
I really love your writing style, the dialogue made me laugh several times, and I was so sure this would be one of those cheesy Battle of Hogwarts stories.
PS: Ginny's not really dead, right? 'Cos everyone knows Fudge is never right.
Or she managed to have his child while they were away. That would be cute...

this was such an a adorable story, and i feel like such a bitch for nit picking, but if Draco had actually done this, the Galleon would lose value faster than the Us dollar did last year.
And not only would have resulted in large scale inflation but it would probably cause an economic crises greater than the mass destruction of the war, which i gather Draco is trying to put behind him, because not only did he invest heavily in Briton's economy but he also "boosted the European magical economy" and i'm assuming Lord V never got much farther than Great Britain.
I suppose to secure his riches, Draco monopolize some necessary industry, but that would be a dick move and would in no way help him to get the girl
