I have made a New Years Resolution and that is to stop posting stories that I am unable to finish. The only way to accomplish this, I believe, is to write out complete stories and then post them. Otherwise, I just stop believing in myself and criticize myself to the point of never wanting to write again. Therefore, hopefully, I will never be forced to delete a WIP again. Winding down? Oh no! Well, this has been one helluva ride so far. I can't even begin to tell you how well you write because the words probably would not be enough. Excellent chapter, and I'm glad that Ginny has finally seen the light.
"The jealous looks made Ginny nervous, but also made her feel a little smug." Well, she certainly has cause to feel smug. This has truly been an excellent fic. You obviously have a lot of talent -- your patience with the characters in letting the attraction develop naturally was refreshing, and I especially enjoyed the way that you wrote Evan. I think it would be awfully hard to be Harry Potter's son, even if he was alive. Your Evan was mature and childish at the same time, very human. It helps that I have a huge crush on anything Weasley (possibly excepting Percy :P), but I loved the way you handled everyone's specific reactions. I suppose this is enough rambling, but anyway, you are a brilliant writer, and I will definitely look forward to reading both the epilogue and anything you have planned for the future.

Heh, Draco Malfoy IS sex walking. Anyway, great beginning...this fic is going to be very interesting. I like this characterization of Ginny - feisty and in all honesty somewhat bitchy, but there so much more to her than that. And Draco's still a total punk, but there's something going on under the surface. Nice job so far.
Author's Response: I like to see them in my head like some old movie. I can picture the attraction and the conditioned response to flee that Ginny displays. Draco has long since gotten over his dislike of Weasleys. Well, one iin particular. You will find out more later.

Her grandparents have another guest, another person in hiding, and a relationship quickly blossoms between them. However, with the war and so many secrets around them, Ginny isn't sure how to make it work. Fluffy occasionally, but things can't always be perfect, can they? Ugh, dear sweet Lord. I just randomly felt the need to read this again, but I forgot what a huge punch to the gut it was. I sincerely hope you signed up for the next exchange, if only because I will selfishly hope that you choose my prompt to write.
Anyway, onto a real review. The characterizations are spot-on. The angst is just brilliant. The story is beautifully-constructed. Your prose packs a wallop. In short, absolutely amazing.
