Ginny Weasley is sent to stay with her grandparents until the war ends, as her parents want to keep her out of harm's way. Her grandparents have another guest, another person in hiding, and a relationship quickly blossoms between them. However, with the war and so many secrets around them, Ginny isn't sure how to make it work. Fluffy occasionally, but things can't always be perfect, can they? Decisions have to be made and consequences dealt with.Category: Works in ProgressFor a fleeting moment, she imagined that they would never hear from their families again, that they would remain together in Tuscany until they were old and gray, with great-grandchildren. Much to her surprise, the thought didn’t make her as sad as she thought it should.
I'm not going to lie; I still think they need to seriously work through some of those issues. I kind of hope they don't get married right away. But I don't know what direction you're going in, so I'll just wait to see what happens! A good chapter, nonetheless. I like how you write about what Ginny wears. I can picture it perfectly.
Author's Response: they have SO many issues. i think that's why its fun for me to write them as teenagers still. i can give them grown up issues to deal with, but not equip them with the grown up mentality needed to deal with them. for me, that equals much more dramatic fun. i get a kick out of writing about the clothing and the food. i know that JKR already formed these characters for us, but it's fun to elaborate and make them really visible!
*Completely AU* In a world where Voldemort was never defeated, only a few things matter: pureblood, money and power. All that Ginny Weasley wanted was to survive her 7 years at Hogwarts, a school where the children of the richest and most powerful wizards dominate over others. Denying her natural instincts, she managed to make it into her 6th year without offending any of the cruel and powerful Slytherins - especially that horrible Draco Malfoy. Until one day, she crosses a line, and her peaceful existence is shattered forever. A story filled with adolescent drama, clash of the classes, angst, jealousy, ridiculous pride and love triangles (and squares).Category: Works in Progress
I had to re-immerse myself today in this story, so I've read about the last half and of COURSE it ends in a place like this! My heart hurts a little bit but at least the whole triangle-dynamics is coming to a head now. Can't wait for your next update... hope it's not too far from now!
Author's Response: My heart hurts a little too, but it could just be the catalyst to get a certain someone to finally admit her feelings...
After an unexpected attack on Hogsmeade takes the lives of several loved ones, Ginny Weasley is left with only grief as a remnant of war. But what she never anticipated, in the wake of all the tragedy, was to find her will to live again in the form of a bawling, grey-eyed baby left to die in the wreckage of battle... the baby of Draco Malfoy. REVISED VERSION.Category: Long and Completed
I loved the end. Draco's conflicted loyalty toward his father and unable to accept his betrayal until the next morning... And then breaking down like that at the end. Very good writing and everything felt very real.
Can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Thank you! Draco's definitely dealing with a lot right now. Thanks for reading :)
Yay!! This chapter is so excellent. The entire scene in the Riddle House was perfect, and I remember thinking that the person in the death eater mask was Draco, but then obviously it wasn't... But now I'm sure I know who it is. And I'm delighted by that little twist. If I'm right, anyway.
Great job! Thanks for the read. :)
Author's Response: Thanks, glad you liked it :) Well, when we find out for sure who the Death Eater in the mask is, you have to tell me if you were right! We don't find out in this fic, but in the first couple of chapters of the sequel, which should be up as soon as this fic is over.

This is my attempt to correct some of the wrongs...
hahah i laughed all the way through this. thank god it's corrected in my mind! this is totally how i'm going to think the series ended for the rest of my life. psh. i don't think ginny would let harry name one of their kids "albus severus" anyway. those names don't even go together!
Author's Response: No, if Gin had had a say one of the children would have been named Fred. I still say the epilogue was all made up of Harry\'s wish for the future as he watches Gin run off with Draco to live happily ever after!
Ginny is twenty four, and the war rages on. Draco is a Death Eater, and he needs her help. Of course, he doesn't give her a choice. Now she's surrounded by the enemy. She begins to see that not everything is black and white. Can she come to terms with her new role in his life?Category: Works in Progress
muggleborns are born spontaneously though, with no or little history of magic in their families. sooo it would really just be the muggleborns that are already living in the wizarding world that would be unallowed to have children, then? and then there will just be some rampant muggleborns in the world who don't know they're magic?
:) good chapter! I love this story.
Author's Response: I used Muggleborn to mean halfblood and muggleborn. My bad. Thanks for catching that. I hope you like the revision.
Yay! Love the new chapter. Thanks for the update!
Oooh, love the last line. I'm ready for some Weasleys, even if they're only mentioned!
Thanks! I enjoyed the chapter.

Cuuute! I like this story. It's a nice change from the norm, also.
Author's Response: I'm glad you are enjoying it, and that you find it different from other stories. That's what I was hoping for. Thanks for the review, and I hope you keep reading!
When Ginny returns home after months of work she sees that many things are different and, unable to cope, she flees from the Burrow. What she doesn't know is that things in her own life are about to take an interesting turn when she runs into Draco Malfoy.Category: Long and Completed
"No one knew it, but by the next morning, Ginny Weasley would be gone." As she should be! Everyone's being mean :(. I like it so far, though.
After they told her, Ginny refused to speak to anyone.Category: Completed Short Stories
I liked this. As depressing as the theme was, it was somehow uplifting, too. Thanks :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I\'m very glad that you enjoyed it.
It's hard to learn how to live without that one person you thought would be in your life forever. But Ginny Weasley had always been a quick study, and there are always certain grey-eyed boys to help speed up the learning process...Category: Works in Progress
Best chapter yet. Loved it!
The idea of "renting" her soul out to anyone - let alone a former Slytherin nemesis - did not sit well with Ginny Weasley. But circumstances always tend to go askew and when she finds herself in a dire position, Ginny has no choice but to relent, accepting the deal and the seven wishes offered as payment.Category: Long and Completed
wow. i am very impressed by that fight scene! i have never read one as good as that, and I've never read one so original. Usually they're all the same sort of formula but that was very good of Ginny to stand up to Draco as he's being an ass. i really like this story; i'm looking forward to the next chapter :).
Ginny wakes with no memory. Should she believe the blond man with the gray eyes? Why would he lie to her?Category: Works in Progress
oooh sneaky. i like it >8).
Author's Response: Thank you.
Ginny, troubled by a failing marriage and memories of the past, is looking for an escape. She is shocked to find that escape in the intimidating Malfoy Manor, whose history is riddled with tragedy like her own and whose master is as scarred as she.Category: Works in Progress
This is good so far. I like the way you write; and the joke about goyle made made me laugh :). I'm very intrigued about this Ginny and I like Scorpius!! Can't wait to read more.
Author's Response: I\'m glad the joke made you smile. Witty banter is normally my downfall. Probably because I\'m just not that witty... I\'m glad you like Scorpius! I do too!
It had started with those eyes. Whenever Ginny looked back on the past few months, she always came to this same conclusion. How something so innocent had ended up so horribly wrong she couldn’t say, but she knew, she just knew, that it had started with those damned soulful eyes.Category: Works in Progress
I love this chapter. Simple, yet very well written. I like the writing style a lot, and the last paragraph is perfect! Can't wait for more.
Author's Response: Thank you very much! I won't lie ... the last paragraph was my favorite to write :P :)
“You mustn’t tell them, Rose! Harry knows but Lily and the boys… you can’t breathe a word…”Category: Works in Progress
When Rose Weasley went to her favorite aunt for advice on how to handle loving someone her family disapproved of, she never dreamed the older woman would have been able to relate so well. In the comfortable safety of her kitchen, Ginevra Potter told her niece everything and swore her to secrecy. But months later, when Ginevra notices that her daughter, Lily, is spending time with Scorpius Malfoy, Ginny realizes too late that the truth can never really be locked away. Children question their parents and their own identities and everyone must confront the past.
I mean... I understand why Scorpius is so angry, I guess. But I can't help but be completely on Rose's side, no matter how poorly she handled the situation. I don't like Lily with Scorpius -_-. Oh well. It's an excellent story! I'll definitely keep reading. I like how the prejudices in the past run parallel to the ones in the present in the hospital wing scene where Ginny, Hermione and Draco are all bickering.
Author's Response: Yeah, old prejudices never die easily. They just keep going. Shame too. But fun for the whole writing's sake. Thanks for your review! I appreciate it!

This is good. I like it a lot as a one shot although I'm sure it'd make a good story if you had an idea about it. Great piece.

His eyes are as gray as cement.
He’s not really daft, and he makes her laugh.
(But her poetry makes him lament.)
One-shot.
I love this. I almost died when it said that Draco was wearing a kimono. Great job!
Ginny Weasley, anonymous painter extraordinaire, is commissioned/blackmailed into painting a portrait of Draco Malfoy. It's a surprise portrait for the pompous narcissist's birthday. A surprise NUDE portrait.Category: Works in Progress
Won multiple awards!
I like it! I'm intrigued...
Author's Response: Intrigued is very good. Waiting for seven months? Not so much. You have full permission to keel-haul me as the worst updater ever. Too bad I get pissy with FIA so quickly and banish it to the farthest depths of my memory. I've written a note to myself so I don't do the same thing again, though, and miss out on such lovely poignant reviews as yours.
Category: Completed Short StoriesAny press is good press...right?
I love it! And don't worry, I thought it was more than just passably amusing. :) Thanks for the story.
Author's Response: Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Hahahah I love the ending. I can just imagine Scorpius torturing Albus the entire summer. I hope there is a sequel!! I'd love to read it. Good job.

LOVE. IT. Grimmauld Place stories are my favorite scenario. Thanks for the read!
