Terms of Service
The gallery is a service as-is with no warranty of any kind. By signing up, you agree to abide by all our rules, as outlined in this document. We reserve the right refuse service ("ban") anyone for a violation of the Terms of Service or of the Rules.

Rules

    All of the applicable rules from The Fire and Ice Archive and Forums also apply to FIA Art, as well as the Archive TOS and Forums signup rules.
Signing up
    You must give a valid email address at signup, and must update it immediately should anything change. Be aware of your filter settings: if you don't accept messages from anyone but those on a safe list for your normal account, consider creating a new one for the purposes of the gallery. That way there will be no issue if we attempt to contact you.
    All new accounts must be validated by an administrator, so please allow some time before you account is activated. Do not sign up for multiple accounts.

Content
    The site is dedicated to Harry Potter fanart, with emphasis on the Draco/Ginny pairing. Images do not have to be of the pairing, but they cannot break it up. That means that Draco or Ginny cannot be shown romantically with another character.
    There are two categories: Naughty and Nice. Anything not rated G must go into the Naughty category. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you violate this rule, you will be in serious trouble. If you are unsure, contact your friendly administrator for judgment.
    The administrators ("admins") and site owner are the judge of what is Naughty and Nice (kind of like Santa Claus, but without the beard). If they feel your submission needs to be moved, they can do so at their own discretion.
    However rare, it is possible that your submission could be refused/deleted - most probably if the content is judged too inflammatory or just plain illegal. If you are not notified, you can contact an administrator and politely ask them why. Being rude will get you nowhere.

Categories
    When you first sign up, you will be able to create albums in your User Gallery, which is under the "Nice" category. This means that only G-rated content is allowed.
    In order to post Naughty material, you must email a request for creation of a personal album in the Naughty category to admin@art.dracoandginny.com.
    Your images should only be placed in the album with your own name in the Naughty category. It will be moved if otherwise. Repeated violations will be subject to disciplinary action.
