And... ...if you do submit a question through the email contact form MAKE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS!!! See how important that is? I never use multiple exclamation points. Common sense: if you send us an email, and the return email address is invalid, how exactly do you think we can answer your question? I had someone do this to me about five minutes ago, so if you're the person who just asked me to delete an account, this is why you have not heard from me. Having a valid email address is required in the TOS anyway (an invalid email address is cause for account deletion), but it's also simple courtesy.
