I liked this chapter. The mother-son chat was well done. I also liked how you used Blaise to yield insights onto Draco's character and state of mind. I think you have written this story Brilliantly so far.

Nicely written chapter, but I do hope the main rationale behind Luna helping Draco out isn't "Ginny and Draco are meant to be and love is enough to forgive the rape".
There seems to be no guarantee that Draco won't rape her again the next time they have a disagreement and she threatens to leave (even if it's just said in anger). I hope you do address this issue in future chapters. As someone who personally does not see how a rapist can justify his crime or redeem himself to his victim, I do appreciate your efforts to handle this issue sensitively...but having the victim's friends convince her to give the rapist a second chance is a bit difficult for me to swallow.

Fantastic chapter! You certainly know how to leave us hanging! I feel so sorry for Ginny, but if they love each other they can work it out, I guess... I am really enjoying this, it is so different to anything else I have ever read! I hope to be able to read the next chapter soon! ;) :D

Wow, really wow! The passion, the turmoil, the betrayal, it’s just all too much for me to deal with! You have done a fantastic job with the Characterization of both Ginny and Draco…Draco particularly! He’s just perfect in this story, loving and caring, yet just a bit of nastiness that I’ve come to love his character for…Oh, and the whole “rape” thing, well that was just a perfect fit for him and although he was a right bastard for doing it, it really needed to be done to make him, well Malfoy!!
I just can’t wait to see how this goes. And I adore the idea of Blaise and Luna helping them out (if in fact Luna agrees to in the next chapter) because although Draco did royally mess everything up, they just have to be together!! Becouse I like to think f I was Ginny, I would forgive him…Well, ok I wouldn’t because it was Totally not cool, but this is fiction so I want her too!!

I really like your story, you've a good amount of tension and angst mixed in with a lot of good dialogue. I am a huge L/N fan, so I do hope Narcissa doesn't toss him out :) Anyway, looking forward to reading more of your story!!

okay...so I came here from checkmated to read the continuing saga of the 'Quidditch Chronicles' as it were...and I am floored by the beauty of your writing, and the depth of your characterizations. I am broken-hearted that there are only 8 chapters so far (and I have loved every last one of them!)...I hope you update soon. (which is a great, gross understatement.) You have a great skill...are you a professional novelist by any chance? I think you could do much for the resurrection of the Regency Romance...I don't have the proper words to express what I feel....but your talent is remarkable. I demand that you practice and share the results often! ;]

i like this a lot!! i am so glad you are showing all facets of draco. i think it makes for a more rounded character. its also good to see ginny have faults too. i like your take on these characters. i also enjoy the plot. i cant wait to see what happens next. please update soon.

As much as I want things to work out for Draco and Ginny, Draco definitely needed a good ass-kicking. I still hope for a happy ending, but I'm glad to see him suffering appropriately for what he did. The Lucius/Narcissa interaction was very well done, too, and I can't wait to see what Blaise and Luna have up their sleeves!

I really, really liked that Blaise's first reaction was to kick Draco's ass. That's a REAL friend there.I don't know who I feel worse for now - Draco, Ginny, or Narcissa. I do know that I really look forward to seeing Luna and Blaise scheme together.

I'm very interested to see what's going to happen between Ginny and Draco, but what I liked most about this chapter is how you showed what a good person Draco actually is (as in what he did for Lucius after the war), and I loved seeing Lucius shaking and scared. Oooh, he deserves it!

Wow this is a wonderful story, as was the previous in the series. i just love the tension and the character development, you do this so well! I almost want to hiss and boo for leaving it hanging there... but your right as an author, plus it is the perfect place to leave it -demonstrated by the fact i dont want it to end... if you get me? anyway cant wait for the next chapter -brilliant work :)

Fabulous as always. I really liked the insight into Narcissa and Lucius and following their conversation. I'm glad that Draco 'gets it' - and I love that he has a real friend in Blaise. Eagerly awaiting more.......

I must say Narcissa has some backbone having to choose been her husband and her son. She definitely made the right decision because Lucius is out of control. He has already cause more harm than can possibly be repaired properly - none of them an afford any more of his meddling. At least Draco has finally seen the error of his ways, and although he desperately wants to right his wrong, this one isn't easily fixed. He crossed the line, gifts and saying I'm sorry won't make it go away. It will never go away. Ginny is in so much pain, more than he'll ever know. She loves him that much is obvious, but it is enough to over come the broken trust? Once trust is broken is is awfully hard to regain, especially after the way Draco broke it. Now with Blaise teaming with Luna to right wrongs and Narcissa freelancing things will most definitely get interesting!

I am totally loving this story right now! I loved the first part of it. My life's goal now is to find someone like malfoy to marry and keep in my bed forever.
