awww! NOOOO!!! how sad, they can't split. That was sad, but he should learn how to say it to her, i mean, come on, it's three words, very romantic. hopefully, eventually he'll come to his senses and say those words. Great chapter, please hurry and post more!

Author's Response: The next update will be up next Sunday. I've had this story completed for about a year, but, due to uncontrollable circumstances in my beta's life, everyone (including myself) had to wait patiently (okay, not so patiently). She emailed me the rest of the story IN ITS ENTIRETY last night, so the updates will be regular from now until the end of the story. That is how I normally like to do it: write the story, get the whole thing betaed, post a chapter a week, and use the time that the story is getting posted to write something new. It keeps the thoughts flowing and keeps everyone reading your stuff! Thanks so much for the review!

Yes, you're back! It's been so long, but it was worth the wait. What a brilliant chapter this was, pulling the story lines together even though everything is "falling apart"! I really can't blame Ginny for being "blind" to Draco's love for her at this point. Honestly, that wizard has beaten her poor heart into submission over the years. And for him to call her a "streetwalker"! I almost reached out and socked him myself. Now he is acting like a two year old toddler having a tantrum because Ginny is not falling into his world like she is "suppose" to. He has a little growing up and some catching up to do first. Yes, all of your carefully laid threads are bringing these two together for what promises to be a very happily ever after. After some fireworks, that is! Thanks so much for the update. -fallenwitch

Aww, and thank you so much for the review!

You know, I've had a lot of reviews both here and on Portkey (some of which I have just deleted because they were so nasty) saying that my story wasn't fluid and that I needed to "tighten it up" (as one reviewer so eloquently put it), but I knew where it was going the whole time (as I write the whole story before posting any of it). I knew that it would take a few chapters for everything to come together, but I knew it would eventually! Thank you so much for your wonderful, consistent reviews! I heart your stories (even if I mentally edit Draco's tendency to use GD...lol) and it is such a compliment for you to enjoy mine as well! I was just thinking about you last night and wondering when Along Came a Wizard would get updated again. *hehehe* Of course, it has been six months since I updated -- so I really shouldn't talk...lol! It is brilliant! And reading the whole thing kept me from typing the fic I needed to get done for the fic exchange. I blame you and your brilliant writing! ;) Oh well... I am completely absorbed in the story. My heart hurt SO SO much when Draco was standing and watching in the long grass (a few chapters agao I know... but still) and then Mike. My guess is that Mike is a paparazzi. Can't wait for the next installment! ;)

Honestly, with what it said and how it was stated, I considered jerking the fic before it was done and reworking everything...and that would have taken until at least mid-July as I'm in my last semester of college. I like the premise of this story, but I find the plot to be a bit meandering. Also, there are large passages which seem to exist for no purpose. They do not move the story forward nor do they give us any depth. You are a wonderful writer! Tighten this baby up and get it moving!

Author's Response: Thank you for the compliment. I'm sorry you find the plot to be meandering and find some of the passages existing for no purpose. I hate it when I feel that way about a story, but I just skim through those passages and take into account that the author may have found them necessary. Unfortunately, the story has been written for quite some time (August, I think.) and I do not have the time to "tighten it up," as you so eloquently put it. I appreciate your constructive criticism, but I like my story the way it is and shortened it as much as I felt I could. I'm sure that if some of the "meandering passages" weren't present I would get far more reviews saying things such as "What?" or "I'm so confused."

WOW... ok so i started to read this story a couple of weeks ago and i wasn't sure if i would go through with it but i don't lknow something came out at me so i kept reading... but i dind't leave a review because i like to leave long reviews at the end of stories that i have just strated to read.... (but i do review for every chapter after i am caught up) but wow this is one story ! and i was sooooo happy when i saw that dragonsangel68 was your beta !!!!! shes one of my favorite authors.... an di think that i can say u are too... i really love anything but seciondhand to and i will start your other stories too... but this is such a good story so far i can't even describe it all the way in words. I just idunno i like it alot lol and i can't wait until you update. I ALWAYS read and review when authors do !! ill be waiting !!! thankyou once again !!

I really liked the beginning of this story. I thought it could be very good if done right. I'm a little disappointed in the way the last few chapters have gone. Mostly with Ginny's easy acceptance of Draco. This chapter made up for some of it, though not as much as I hoped for. While they may not love each other, I would think that Ginny's pride wouldn't let her so easily take him back. I may just be too picky but I hope this is better addressed in later chapters. Other than that I really do like the story and it is pretty well written.
