For a beginner, I think your fic is quite good. I like reading stories of Draco and Ginny but it is better if they are in character even the golden Trio. You were able to put them In character from the book. I hope you understand what I mean. Good job though.,

You're right, Colleen, there is a drastic difference between this chapter and the first one. I can definitely see how much you warmed up to your setting and characters. Draco is spot on. I like that you don't try and turn him into an agonizing poet type who's misunderstood by the world. He is, by JKR's characterization, a largely narcissitic and spoiled young man. I look forward to seeing how his forth-coming interludes with Ginny Weasley will (if at all) change him.
Thanks for your email--I'm enjoying this story immensely. ^_^ Btw, the sentence length in this chapter was much more varied--I guess you were just more uncertain in the first one (not unusual for a lot of authors, myself included). Dialogue seems to be a high point for you--I can tell you really enjoy writing it, along with Draco's highly colorful observations of everyone.

Another great chapter!
There were so many fantastic lines in this chapter that there is not enough room for me to quote them all.
I'm not sure what you are setting up, but I like it! I am enjoying seeing Hogwarts through the eyes of Draco Malfoy. And I love how those random thoughts of Ginny just sneak up on him out of nowhere!
