Well, Ginny's developed slightly more personality here, which is good. Am hoping her character will develop more substantially.
As usual, I completely loved Blaise, in fact I wouldn't mind a bit if Ginny teamed up with him. Draco seems so uptight!
I was just wondering, why does Blaise and the others not mind about Ginny? Surely as a Gryffindor and "the former enemy" they should mind in the slightest?
I'll also be very intriuged to find out more about Ginny's past

I lay in bed last night thinking about this last chapter and how it fits with the rest of the story, attempting to come up with words to describe how this tale has made me feel. It really is a bit of a departure from your other work. Oh yes, you stil do much more from Draco's perspective than Ginny's, you always do that. But this story has a totally different feel. The only way thing I can compare it to with any success is the old Italian Westerns. You know, Clint Eastwoood? Thin cheroots, oily smoke rising past eyes as hard as stone in winter. Your new story is told mostly through Draco's observations. Your conversation is sparce and sliced thin when you do employ it as a device for carrying on the tale. Your visual descriptions are almost nil. You have placed us in a wasteland where we are observers of other's actions and emotions. We are forced to filter all of this through the sieve of Draco Malfoy and his holes ain't drilled straight right now. I feel as if I am sitting on the steps of the General Store just waiting for the big showdown. We are left guessing as to what is going to happen because Draco is so closed with his speech. Heck, he won't even give us much in the way of his thoughts. The reader is placed in the dark just as are Blaise and the other characters around the main pair. You keep every one guessing.

You didn't really answer any questions in this chapter, but I'll be patient. 0:-) I liked getting to see more Blaise-Ginny interaction, and it's always fun watching two guys fight over Ginny. Especially these two, because they're so sweet...in a very Slytherin way. Update soon!

This chapter really had me on the edge of my seat. The mystery deepens and the characters just get better and better. The tension between Blaise and Draco was really well written - not OTT but clearly visable. Another great chapter Fallenwitch, well done.

Oh my! Poor Ginny. Everytime I think I have your story figured out you throw in something that I was not expecting - and I love that. I thikn we can see that Draco cares for Ginny a great deal, even if he hasn't exactly admitted it to himself. I am still very intrigued by what happened to Ginny before and want to find out (although I'm scared to as well). I'm still not sure I understand why Ginny didn't want to be there at Draco's birthday party. But I look forward to future installments.

I guess I'm with Blaise in wondering exactly what is with Draco and Ginny, but I think I am a bit more patient in waiting to find out. I trust you'll let us in on it eventually. And I expect it will be quite interesting along the way. It was fun to see a jealous Blaise in this, but even better to see Ginny's loyalty to Draco. I am certainly looking forward to an update!
