Wow. Wow. Wow. To the reader, it certainly feels like you are totally in the groove of writing this. I'm really, really impressed. This chpater was very descriptive. I really felt like I was there - I could see the library and Narcissa's parlor and her face. And the interactiosn between Draco and Ginny were real and hot and you could just feel a new level of intimacy between them. Phenomenal!

the only thing wrong with this story is that it always makes me want more! i love how the characters are progressing and how cruel draco was about the diary. very befitting of his character. update soon! accolades *salutes*

i didn't want to leave comments on all the chapters but oh how i wanted to at times! certain lines are really, really funny and i do appreciate the good humor. as a whole, this story is just great because it's got a plot, its really well written, and it's fantastically in character(...although granted a few out of character twists were added but totally necessary) i LOVE when people make draco nasty, because he IS! i love that you've taken so much time and care in laying down the groundwork for whats happening so it seems believable and i love how, once again, well written, and saucy and funny this is. i hope for my sake that youll continue this fic, updating often! thanks for it so far. *-*
Author's Response: Yes, Draco is nasty, and I really don't see why people feel the need to make him into a mushy romantic, in fic - he's just the way he should be when he's a brat *g* And I think they fit each other really well, because of that; Ginny is no delicate little thing, after all :) I'm so glad you're liking it so far, and I love the review! 3. You are keeping to canon and particularly ackowledging the events of HBP

Alright...I have to tell you this: I freakin' love this story. I spent a while ignoring it for some reason or another (I'm very picky about which stories I read, actually) and then I was just like, well, what the hell. I was then completely blown away. I have even started coming to dg.com everyday (which isnt new, actually, lol) JUST to check if there is an update. And I'll even read your update first; before the update of KCotDT. Every chapter has been phenomenal, and the one-liners crack me up ("Oh, there will be sex, too. Just so we're clear on that."), the characterizations are perfect - not to OOC, but not too in character either; they are older, after all. So yea, I normally don't review until the very last chapter is posted (and then its a massive one...) but I just wanted to let you know that you had BETTER not give up on this story. EVER! I will cry...GAH! I can't wait for the next update!

I love writing their banter. It comes so easily, it almost writes itself. Of course, it's difficult to judge, as a writer, if you're really succeeding in making it funny - glad you like the humour as it is :)
My goal was to write an older, more mature D/G (especially Draco - he can still be bratty, but Azkaban has left its imprint on him); I do try to stick to canon, though. And you liked it! Yay!

I really really really dislike Ron a lot in most of these fanfics that I've been reading. The sad thing is that I'm pretty sure that he would be like that in the books too if Malfoy and Ginny got together.
Pity the closed-minded...
Author's Response: Well, can he react any other way? This must be a huge shock for him, after he's hated Malfoy for so long, plus, he never liked Ginny having boyfriends (except Harry). He's a protective older brother :) That doesn't make him a bad person, quite the opposite, I thought.

Wow, I just stumbled upon this story and I must say, I'm quite hooked! I love your rendition of Draco and Ginny, it's unlike the usual characterizations we usually see of them and yet I feel it's closer to canon than most stories I've read. The plot is unfolding just marvelously and I can't wait to see what happens next.

Oh no, I knew something like this was going to happen! And I can't believe that Draco would be so cold-hearted (or heartless for that matter) that he would risk Ginny's belief in men for a simple thing such as standing?
And what makes his mother think that Draco will be able to just fling Ginny away and with Arthur's approval too! Not a chance in hell! If it makes Ginny happy then he wants it to happen. :-)

Author's Response: Hmm, as I see it, Draco is desperate to get his old life back, at this point, and he cares more about that (and his family) than Ginny...after all, a few weeks before, she was only another Weasley to him, a poor, blood traitor Gryffindor. That may have changed more than he's willing to admit yet, but he's still a Malfoy, and right now, that comes first *g* And you will find out what the Weasleys think of all this very soon :) Let me just say that Narcissa is a very perceptive woman, and she has a more realistic view of the world than her son. Life is not going to get easier any time soon *g*

Why can't she just tell him that she doesn't think of harry the way everyone thinks she does? Would it really be so hard?
I didn't like the harsh words you used in this chapter. I mean I like the word fuck (it's my favorite curse) but I think the way it was used was a little off. If Malfoy really wanted Ginny to come back, if he cared for her at all he would not have used "Fuck" at the end there.
But a great update! Keep them coming!
Author's Response: I don't think Ginny knows what she thinks of Harry, right now *g* She hates him because he hurt her so much, but he could only hurt her because she loved him and wanted a future with him. It'll take a while for her to move on from that ;-)
As to Draco, he's lonely, he's bitter, he's angry, and she is a willing participant when he needs to let out some of his excess energy and hurt. There's not much there yet beyond that, but you never know what will happen between them *g*
