His reaction is totally justified, I just hope he threats are idle, he threw a freaking knife at her and I'm sure he has excellent aim, so if he wanted to do more than scare her he could have. He did do an excellent job of interrogating the girl though, I gasped when she answered and you described the look on his face, very menacing visual. Right now, I understand that he loves/hates her and that'll be a struggle for him, I just hope he doesn't take it too far like having Serafina become his mistress, because I think that would break her more than anything, Pansy would never be his whore because she wants to be his wife, so she'd rebuke him. Serafina though would delight in it. Great update and story, I'm glad you put so much thought and effort into it, it's a wonderful read.

Wow.
Yes I am perfectly aware that that’s a rather crude response for such a brilliant chapter but I am left quite speechless to say anything of particular coherence. The revelation of her identity was wonderfully written. This line:
“Her hand was on the door-handle when one of the table knives whizzed a few millimeters from her face and buried itself into the door. She felt the blade trembling against her cheek, closer to her skin than her own hair.
"I suggest you come back to the table, Ginevra," came Draco's voice.”
left me chilled to the core, it was that evocative. I loved the entire setup particular the part where Ginny doesn’t realise what she answered to Draco’s last question. The monotony and repetitive nature of the question and answer sequence is beautifully staged. An amazing chapter – I look forward to see how the rest unfolds :D.

I wanted it to go smoothly, because it fits more with Draco's character than a temper tantrum would--at least in front of Ginny. I'm delighted to see you like my story :D

I really expected Draco to be absolutely pissed, but I didn't know what he'd do with her..He can't keep her baby and throw her out can he?? I think she needs to confront him about what he's done to her and her family and maybe he'll stop acting like he didn't deserve what he's getting. I love the story so far though, and I can't wait for more!:)
Author's Response: he is pissed, he's just not a raving lunatic. when he hurts people, he does it slowly and meticulously. the Weasleys being the exception, of course. also, and if you didn't get that then I'm at fault, the topic of the Weasleys is a painful enough topic that he does not want to broach it, particularly with the last remaining daughter... he could definitely keep the baby and have her mysteriously disappear... don't worry, she will confront him, eventually--or maybe he will...

Wonderful chapter. I'm glad Draco finally found Ginny out. It's going to be interesting to see how he handles the situation.

I haven't been reviewing lately, but don't worry, I've been reading.
We all knew this was coming. It was amazing the way you played it out. I am wondering though, are you going to tell the story throughout all nine months of pregnancy or will it end before or after that? Or will there even BE nine months of pregnancy. Great writing, as usual.

There's just something so wonderfully heartbreaking about your writing! This chapter is spectacular. There's so much conflict and complication and there's too many sides to too many stories. I can't decide who's right or who to feel for. All I know is this story is fantastic. Seriously, you are sensational.

Eeep! I actually found myself alternating between wanting to read the whole chapter as fast as possible or not wanting to get to 'the main part' of the story.

That.Was.AWESOME!!! The whole WHOOSH! throws a knife at Ginny. Wow. And hey, why was she drinking champagne? I thought pregnant women can't have any alcoholic drinks!
I really want Ginny's hair to be red again, I miss it actually. And Draco's anger, scary!!! I hope he doesn't torture her. I don't know how ruthless Draco can be towards his own wife. He hasn't actually hurt her. yet.
