I feel so bad for Harry...he really deserved to find happiness but then again, it was extremely thick-headed of him to leave Ginny behind but still take Ron and Hermione. I guess it could be rationalized that he did it because losing Ginny would have been harder than losing Ron or Hermione but somehow, I just don't buy that.
anyway, I didn't want Pierce to die:( I wanted him to find redemption, etc. lol but I'm glad that you can ruthless with characters.

I just finished reading what you have up so far. I love it! These past few chapters have been hard though. Harry and McGonagall are just... ugh. It's heartbreaking :'(

I loved that we managed to connect the dots with this chapter, as we now see what happened to Naomi and Ben, as well as Snape, and good Lord, I was half expecting to find that Pierce didn't really die. But I actually like that he did - not because I don't like him, but because it feels like cosmic retribution, as well as wonderful writing, as you gave us the unexpected, almost anticlimactic finale for him. But it's right. It *fits*.
The wrapping up with Harry was wonderfully done. But I missed Draco, though. I love your Draco - you write him like I see him.

Wow. I am so glad that Gin left Harry. I hate the H/G ship because it just seems so predictible. (Though I love R/H, weird I know) I can't wait to see how they all end up. Please update soon!!!

I'm just totally in love with this story! I can't wait till the next chapter and yet I'm going to be so sad when this is all over! I feel bad for Harry but I'm glad Ginny finally let him go. I wonder what's going to happen with Draco now and what Ginny said in her letter to Naomi. You know, I really loved Jon's character and it was so sad to have his death confirmed in this chapter, I never imagined an ending like that for him so kudos to you because you're still as unpredictable as ever!

speaking of Ginny not seeing Naomi escape.... *we* didn't see Nott escape! Please don't let the nasty Deatheaters figure out his duplicity. I wonder, does he still figure in the plot? (...contemplating rereading from chapter one to relish it all again as the end approaches...)

I just loved Nott´s comment about Draco being obsessed in staying pretty. And Pierce is really dead!! My heart was broken because they didn't have the chance to talk and he died thinking she had left him. Well, maybe he dereved it but she didn't. That´s life tough... Harry's out! I'm so glad about it and about the way Ginny defended her love. I want her to sneek in Draco's room and let him know how she feels!! Like always, this chapter was FANTASTIC!! I'm already missing the story and it's not finished yet. LOL!!

This was so good! I am so glad Naomi got Ben, but I cried when she found Jon. I loved the scene between Harry and Ginny. I felt so bad for him. "I wanted..." That was just perfect.

The dreaded break-up scene. I thought it went well. Okay, not well... but its sort of like a band-aid, right? Just get it over quickly. No sense in prolonging the inevitable. Arg! That's horrible, Draco being right there and yet so far away. I'm sure though that we'll find out more about what will become of him in the few chapters to come. It makes me sad to think that this story is almost over. It has to be one of the best Draco/Ginny that I've read. I think mostly because I do love Harry, just not Ginny and Harry together, and a lot of D/G stories tend to treat poor Harry awfully. Oh well, thanks for the snappy update. They've been awfully frequent and I feel spoiled now :-)

Aw, man. I'm gonna be so sad when this story ends. I've loved every bit of it (well, except the angsty parts. I'm a fluff girl, myself). Great chapter. I can't wait to see how Draco's doing.
