I was slightly worried by how you made Charlie sound dead in that first paragraph: This was utter nonsense, but it was still one of my favorite memories of him.
But whatever. I'm expecting some fun in the snow (BTW, totally agree with Ginny on that front, though I can't diss sitting in front of a fire on a cold, wet day), and I love the bit about the cold and eyelashes. Predication: Draco will eventually give Ginny one of histundra-cloaks, and she will sniff it and glory in the scent of smexy teenage boy.
Now all I have to do is read ahead to find out if I'm right.
Oh Gin, I hope she does learn to control herself. Ron and Harry are such little asses at times, they really think they run the world. I hope Gin stays warm and even if she doesn't she can always try to snuggle with Draco in his 30 some-odd cloaks. Great chap.

A short one, compared to your others yeah? Not much DG too but I positively LOVE how Ginny is so POSITIVE all the time! Well, maybe not positive. But I love her constantly talking to herself in her head. Everybody's done that at one point or another. Heehee. I cant wait for the next chapter!
