Your story idea is great, lots of fun and lots you could do with the pairings you have. On a bit of a down-note... it seems a little rushed and a bit frantic with all the yelling and throwing things and everyone losing their tempers. If things could slow down a bit, and perhaps if people "snapped" instead of "yelled" it might help slow the pace for your readers.
