Hm, interesting plot, seems a little far fetched - marriage to get his holdings back.
One thing stuck out for me, and that was in chapter 1 Daphne Greengrass is a prospect for marriage and now in chapter 3 she's dead. It seems unlikely Draco would be commenting on her character & then dismissing her for marriage if she's already dead and if he didn't know she had died I think he would have been surprised in this chapter, rather than feel guilty about it.
Author's Response: Daphne's name in the last chapter was an error. I've fixed it, and I'm terribly sorry if the plot seems far fetched to you.

First of all, I thoroughly approve of any and all punishment techniques for one Harry J. Potter. Second, Blaise and Hermione! Yay! Third, absolutely love it. My nose hurts from snorting, and my sides hurt from laughing. "My liaison is a bitch" box, I'll have to remember that one.

I had to read the last part of that scene twice, so I could really understand what's going on under the surface. Poor Draco! He really doesn't have a clue. Luckily, the Ministry saw fit to give him Ginny, and not some idiot like Dawlish, to help him out. Whatever would become of him otherwise? He really might end up with Pansy! *Shudders* Thanks for the update!

I giggle everytime Harry doesn't speak.
And Hermione/Blaise, hmm? I'll guess the 'horrified look' in the first chapter was his, while the retching noise could only have been dear Draco.
You're very good with humor. It's a difficult thing to write well, and it's lovely to read when it's done properly. I could stand some 'pressing Ministry business' myself.
