Hm...interesting...I feel like it all happened a little fast...
Author's Response: Well, considering that this was my first HP fanfiction, I think at that point, seeing as I was new to it all, it was pretty good for my first try. My fictions have gotten substantially better since then.

I can't believe I'm doing this again! RowenaMcKinnon don't you dare weight about Dracos death anymore! :-) I;m sorry,it's just that I always cry on Dracos death..Don't know why but if you can tell my:I 'm listening!
Author's Response: I know, I know. I'm horrible.. lol I can't seem to not kill him... Once I get around to finishing Bedknobs and Broomsticks, we'll see if he lives through that one... I haven't figured out if it's going to be D/G or not though. I was leaning towards H/G, but now... I'm not so sure. Then I was going to do Oliver/Ginny... Well, needless to say, it's been a while and I still haven't decided.

it is realy good but you said that Ginny was taking a class to be a healer so why couldn't she heal Draco, after all it was only a mortal woond?
Author's Response: Yeah, I suppose that would make sense, but with her not being finished her classes, she doesn't necessarily know how to heal the amount of damage Draco sustained in the blow... plus that would just be too easy. I like my angsty, sad endings... lol

I am sitting here crying. OMG you killed him off, poor Ginny. I still loved the story but I wish he would have lived.
Author's Response: I know, and I'm sorry, but I just can't seem to write a happy ending for D/G... working on that one...

great story! the ending made me cry though..it's kinda like She's All That with a little bit of The Good Girl mixed in. Very nice!
Author's Response: Yeah, this fic is kinda messy like that... Needs some work but I don't have the desire to re-write yet...

That was a great story up until the end. The end was far too abrupt and although you were obviously trying to add a twist with Draco's death, it seriously lacked something. Anyhow keep writing as the rest of the story was fantastic.
Author's Response: Thank you. I have to admit that I'm not very happy with this story myself. For me there was just too much going on in the plot to properly wrap everything up and it's just far too much work to go back and re-write it (or perhaps I'm just being lazy about it). I've been shipping H/G for a little while now so my most recent fics are on another archive, however, I have been very compelled by Creamtea's essay regarding the love potion theory, so at least one of those new fics may end up D/G after all.

"His hand gripped tightly around the stem of the bouquet of roses in his hand. Feeling completely rejected, he turned away from the open door to lean against the wall. He hit his head back lightly against the wall, the bouquet hanging loose in his hand."
AWWWWWWWW! That is so adorable. Awwwwwwwwww! I can just picture it...if something similar to that appears in my fic, forgive me, because now it's imprinted on my brain.
Author's Response: lol Thanks. That is one of the parts I like best in this story. I can remember where I got the idea from but I loved it so I put it in.

Wow, I'm really getting sucked in. But the bet? Sooo cliche. Great writing though!
Author's Response: Yes yes, I know... Anyone who has read my comments on my own fiction will know that I'm not very happy with this fic as it is. If I ever were to do a re-write, a lot of the little things that don't make a difference in the ending would go, including the bet.

GINEVRA. The name is GINEVRA, not Virginia. Please fix it, or I might die of an apoplexy.
Thanks.
Author's Response: I am well aware of Ginny's real first name, however, this story was written long before that information was available and I have no desire to go back and fix every little thing so it will fit into canon.

Oh! That was so lovely! It made me cry though... but so beautiful... He died for her. Ah, the wondeful romance! Please write an epilogue, and keep up the awesome stories!
Author's Response: This is top secret information, but I've actually started working on an epilogue. lol Right now, I love what I have, but I have to add to it because at the moment, it's only about 350 words... Not exactly meeting the minimum, is it? lol

I don' t like this story because I love storys whit Happy end
Author's Response: Well, I'm sorry you don't like it but that's the way it ended. As much as I love D/G, I just don't see them having a happy ending. If it makes you feel any better, Ginny goes on to live a full and happy life with her friends and family.

Good story! although it's really sad that Draco died in the end. Oh well, it's your story... I'll be waiting for the epilogue though (read the other reviews)
- You remind me of Shakespeare, he's a tragic comedy writer.
This made me cry though.
Author's Response: I may now have time to write that epilogue as I have recently acquired more time. I think it is time to write it, yes. I shall go start it now.

I was unfortunately upset by some parts of this story...It all seemed a little too mushy and corny. I felt it was scripted, and it kept me from seeing Draco and Ginny as their characters, instead of characters in a romance novel. On the positive side, your grammar is impeccable, and your writing always flows. Inconsistency is something you need to work on to make your stories masterful, I think. I felt like you missed some of your own details and ended up contradicting yourself. This also continues into inconsistency with your characters...
But once again on a lighter note, your fic was enjoyable and good. With work, you'll be a GREAT writer.
Author's Response: Thank you Fern. I really appreciate the constructive feedback. This is such an old fic (it was started in November of last year and finished just this past summer). Part of the problem was that it took me so long to write, so I forgot details and what not. Also, with it being my first fic, I think I was more concerned with getting it up. I would go back and re-write it but the simple fact is, I have no real desire to. I'm currently working on two others (one as a co-writer) and I'm just not moved by this fic anymore. Thank you so much for your comments.

You have to write a sequal to this. Make Draco come back to life! I can't beileve you killed him. I am so weird but I cried! Please write more to this story. I love it.
Author's Response: You're not the only one who cried. On the other sites I have this story posted, there's at least 10 other people who have cried heh.. Anyway, as for a sequel, I don't think so. I may write an Epilogue, but that would be it.
