Very good! I can see how her brothers might be upset, seeing how it was almost sort of a family tradtion, so to speak, to go to Hogwarts, especially with them being Head Boys and Prefects and all.. Any more anger or resentment wouldn't have made sense and would've shown the Weasely boys in a very OOC light, so I appreciate your effort in giving them a decent "stopping point" in their anger toward Ginny's decision.
Another thing I particularly liked was how you described Ginny recieving her first wand, because the experience is very similar to Harry's in canon, so I love that you stayed as accurate and as believable as possible- kudos to you!
All in all, great job as usual and I hope to see more!! It is a fantastically intriguing story, definitely worth tracking :)
Author's Response: Thank you! I really can't see someone getting their wand on the first try, I see the process as similar to picking out running sneakers. You've got to test out a few pairs first to see which is the best for you, not just grab the first pair you think will work.
Once again, I am enjoying it. It starts off slow, but I like it. It's interesting to see. I'd say more buuutttt, I'm out of it. So, can't wait for an update!

This is so exciting! You never fail to impress, it reminded me so much of Harrys first day in diagona alley and I love how you made Ginny have to search for her way! Ginnys reaction to new clothes was spoton and just how I imagined it ;) thank you for yet another wonderful chapter cannot wait for more!
Oh ps. Madame Boucher reminds me of Minerva so much after she took to headmasters position I hope we get to see more of her :D
Author's Response:Thank you! I kinda modeled it after Harry's trip through Diagon Alley, but the new clothes is actually quite important to the rest of the story.
I hadn't planned or tried to model Madame Boucher after Minerva, she's actually modeled after two of my aunts. She'll still be around but she won't be a major player in the story.

Author's Response: Nope, just a couple more chapters and then we'll get to the "present day" (which I think in the timeline of the books is 2001 or 2002). I'm working on the next chapter right now and there's quite a few that just need to be polished up! Thanks!
