At the risk of repeating myself I'll tell you that despite my penchant for fluffy-happy-glittery-sparkly!D/G, I quite enjoyed reading this dark and lovely story you've written, and can't wait to see where you go next with it. Your imagery is precise and richly detailed, and I admire the way your writing carries such emotion with it. It really is very sad, but also very beautiful.
I do hope you become inspired to write more D/G (of the sparkly kind or otherwise) as I think you are brilliant at it.
