I loved the "Parkinson scene", she is a bit of a cow, isn't she? And why does she have to come over to make a scene, she must be not too bright either:) I do hope we see some of the "Lord Malfoy" side coming out, especially when he is dealing with her.
Author's Response: I dearly loved writing a drunken Draco. He was so fun. As for Parkinson - no, she's not bright, though she thinks she is. She won't be back, but I'm so glad you enjoyed the scene!

aww i really like this. but i feel like i'd love it even more if we just see some one-on-one draco/ron time :P
Author's Response: First, thank you!!!! Second, after reading your review, I thought about something with Draco/Ron - it's a great idea (although the story is pretty much all written) but then realized that the story is totally from Ginny's point-of-view, so it would be rather difficult to work in. Thanks for the idea tho! :)

AHHH yay!!!
I loved that Ron found a new love interest! I also love that we got to delve even deeper in to what makes Draco tick. Daphne and Astoria are perfect and I am so glad that Gin finally gave in and let go of old rivalries. But my absolute favorite was this line "Your date over there is looking impatient, and I assume that he's probably paying you by the hour for services." I was literally loling my husband was asking me what was so funny! great job! post soon please!
Author's Response: Thank you, so much! :) I absolutely think that Ron can do soooo much better than Hermione, and it was fun to create a nice girl for him. Daphne was mentioned in canon but, really, she wasn't mentioned as a strongly aligned family like some others, so I thought she and Astoria had potential to be more neutral. I loved building them up and giving them strong enough personalites to match our Ginny. More coming soon, and thanks so much for reviewing!

I don't think I mentioned before that I really like the idea of Harry and Hermione being self-involved and forgetting Ron. I always thought they would be that way. Brilliant!

This is off to an interesting start. I don't think I've ever read a fic where Ron and Draco are best mates and making Astoria Ron's love interest is the icing on the cake, it's very original. I cannot wait for the next chapter.
Author's Response: I think I was inspired from one too many fics where Ron was just unrealistically unreasonable, so I decided to twist it around. Tho, I think Ron and Draco really do have a lot in common, based on the old family wizard heritage and I can see them making a connection at a more base level, where Ron's friendship with Harry and Hermione would differ, because they both were raised in Muggle society. I just see it as a connection that could be build on, if they let it happen. Glad you enjoyed, and thanks for the review!

Love! I like that Ginny came around on her own and it was something as simple and human as heartbreak that brought her around. Everyone feels it and she can relate. Love this! Eagerly awaiting the next one, especially since the feelings are due to change.

Ah, this was such a great chapter. I'll say it again, but I love how you write Ron. I want him for a best mate! And I also like how you humanised the Greengrasses, making Daphne and Astoria girls Ginny could actually hang out with.
The drunken confession and sloppy kiss had me both laughing and melting. I really can't wait for their relationship to develop. Obviously Draco likes her. ;)
Author's Response: Oh Draco definitely has a crush on her. And I loved getting him drunk! Poor Ginny doesn't know what to make of him after that. :) Glad you liked the Greengrass sisters too. Daphne kind of wrote herself and, unfortunately, Astoria is a bit in the background because she's a little shy, but she's a much better fit for our Ron than Hermione could ever be, IMHO. So glad you enjoyed, and thanks so much for the feedback!

Love the way the story is going; having Draco and Ron as friends is a refreshing change of pace ( I like your portrayal of Ron better then the books!). The story is enjoyable to read and believable, and no grammar mistakes! Please keep it up, I am looking forward to the next installment.
