I'm loving this conflict of Slytherin Aurors having this duty of catching and locking up their acquaintances/families/friends, and how each member of the squad reacts to that. And, like, the very thing that makes Ginny a great Auror is what makes them all dislike her. That's such a great conflict for her. It's not just that she's not a Slytherin; it's more that she and her family fought against them and theirs during the war. I wonder why they all went the Auror route, then, since it's such a conflict of interest. Half of them aren't even willing to fight. Were they recruited by Murstow? Or was Slytherin Squad widely advertised as a safe place for reforming Slytherins and, like Draco, they applied just to see what would happen? The fact that they are such a failure of a squad now is going to make their success later (because of course they are going to succeed and become an awesome team, if not one of the best Auror teams there is. u_u) that much more victorious. I can't wait to see how they shape up!
I'm also really interested in Warrington's character. What's his deal? I like him.

great scene at the hosptial & at ginny's flat! hermione & harry alway trying to help ginny out,and like she need anybody to help her! hopefully harry & hermione will stay out of it..

Highly appreciate the just right panicked slash concerned slash irrational reaction from Ginny's family and friends. Nothing too complicated. It just shows they genuinely care for her. Oh, and I love your Draco and Ginny banter! ...and Ginny's tea makes a comeback. Hope Daphne liked her tea as well. Haha!
I've simply fallen for your story and your writing technique! Quality D/G fics are hard to find these days. I'm so happy I stumbled upon yours while it's still ongoing. The wait for each chapter is something I welcome, just as long as you promise to finish the story, ok? Promise me! Lol. I'm definitely hooked. I can't exactly tell you if Blaise will be alright yet. ;) I've seen so many awful Gryffindor-bashing fics that I tried really hard to not fall into that category. Hopefully it worked, haha. Yep, you totally called the resurgence of the tea! :) Wow, thank you so much! I can absolutely promise to finish the story...because it's already finished! I abandoned an Inception fic of mine for years, and I didn't want to risk doing that again. So every chapter of Slytherin Squad is currently sitting on my drive, ready to go for the weekly postings. I like this story. I wonder how no one could figure out that some of the older 'reformed' DEs would turn traitor to help their friend. I'm glad Blaise will recover; he's one of my favourite characters in fanon.
Author's Response: Thank you! :D Yeah, originally I was going to have Warrington be a top suspect in addition to the older ones, but I didn't end up introducing him well enough to make it work. So yes, Draco totally should have seen that coming. XD Blaise is ridiculously fun. And I haven't finished having fun with him yet! :)

Author's Response: Luna is absolutely still her friend, although this story has so many characters that Luna doesn't show up for quite a few chapters yet. Unfortunately it's little more than a cameo when she does. I love Luna, so I was sad I couldn't find a bigger role for her.
