Author's Response: AHHHHHHHH! Real life's a bitch. Ok, well, I just moved into my dorm room yesterday, so I'm going to finish chapter 9 sonn. I already have like 3.5 pages. After I'm done, I'm gonna zip it over to my beta, and then post it when she sends it back. Should be up tormorrow or Tuesday. Sorry! ;-(

Poor Blaise *sniffles* but a girl's gotta follow her heart. I'd probably fall for Draco too, but....I'd feel really really really guilty about it, especially with Blaise. I hope that if Draco and Ginny end up together Blaise gives them his blessing and is still their friend. I also hope that Ron stops being such a prat and gives them his blessing. *sigh* I love this story and am patiently waiting the next chapter.

Author's Response: Aww, really? I'm honored! Yes, I've always found Blaise and Draco hot, even though all I know about Blaise is what's written about him in fan fics. Oh well, he's still gorgeous in my book. I've updated too!

Ohhhh, bad Pansy! Bad! Thats assuming that it's her. I adored the last two chapters!!! Draco was so sweet by the lake, and I love Blaise, I really do, but every time he 'spins her around' or something of the sort I want to snarl and growl "Back off, she's Draco's!" Ah well, please update soon!
Author's Response: Growl, eh? I can see where the lioness comes from... :-P I hate to say this, but I think you're going to have to get used to Blaise's twirling and stuff. It's going to continue for a while...

A Ginevra is she? That was a fun chapter, but how can you have them both fall in love with her?? That's just cruel!!!! There isn't any way Luna can be brought into the story is there? I've always thought her a perfect match for Blaise. But your the author, so i'll just have to deal with whatever you choose. Loved the start! -The Lovely Lioness
Author's Response: Yeah, the Luna in Echo's "I've never felt your fear" is a GREAT match for her Blaise. But her Blaise is different than mine, and Luna doesn't make an important appearance in this fic. Sorry 'bout that.

A very good start. :) I like your use of Blaise here, and the way you manage to show Ginny as being alienated without going overboard into the "poor pitiful Ginny" cliche.
Author's Response: Aww, thanks. Actually, that's a pet peeve of mine - I hate fics where Ginny is pictured as pitiful. I mean, she was in the Dept. of Mysteries in OotP. So OBVIOUSLY she hasn't been ignored that much.
