I’m tugging at my hair I’m pulling at my clothes I’m trying to keep my cool I know it shows.
Draco had insisted on taking Ginny to dinner at the Manor. She had at first refused, but he wouldn’t take no for an answer. She knew she would sooner or later have to deal with his parents, but she would rather it be later. She was starting to think she had made a good decision on coming when Lucius finally spoke.
“Couldn’t you find any better robes, Weasley?” he asked. He had said it in a menacing tone and Ginny was at a loss of what to say.
I’m staring at my feet My cheeks are turning red I’m searching for the words Inside my head.
“I...I mean...I probably could have,” she stuttered.
“Ginny, there is nothing wrong with your robes,” Draco said.
“Draco, you can’t possibly think there is nothing wrong with them,” Lucius said.
Cause I’m feeling nervous Trying to be so perfect Cause I know you’re worth it You’re worth it, yeah.
“Mr. Malfoy, Mrs. Malfoy, Draco, I have something to say,” Ginny said in a strong voice.
“Yes, Ms. Weasley?” Lucius asked.
“I just wanted to say that...I just wanted to say...I love you,” she said to Draco. It hadn’t been what she wanted to say, but she got scared at the last minute.
“I love you too, Ginny,” Draco said softly.
If I could say what I wanna say I’d say I wanna blow you away Be with you every night Am I squeezing you too tight?
If I could say what I wanna see I wanna see you go down on one knee Marry me today, yes I’m wishing my life away With these things I’ll never say With these things I’ll never say.
