In the meantime, Draco is having an identity crisis about the war and where he fits into it, Narcissa is making trouble and Sirius is trying to keep her under control and out of Lupin's trousers.

Story notes: To explain the time line, it is basically linear, just after Ginny graduates from Hogwarts, I’m just ignoring any canon I find inconvenient or distressing, that is the point of fanfiction after all. I wrote this shortly after OotP when I was in denial about Sirius whom I love, hence why I included him. Whilst polishing this up to be posted, I incorporated some of the stuff from HBP because I felt like it. I suppose it’s a little AU then.
